I find the interface very easy to use. I particularly like the piping feature, which helps us tailor our surveys for different products and customers, allowing shorter surveys based on their responses and the routing logic that reacts to the previous questions. I also appreciate the ability to embed the NPS question into the email, as it provides an easy entry into taking the survey for the respondent, and we've noticed our response rates have increased due to this feature. Alchemer also stands out compared to SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Forms (in our experience). The Alchemer staff have proven very good trainers, and they helped us onboard relatively quickly despite a bit of a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Alchemer Feedback Platform? I'd like to see the surveys have the ability to be sent / scheduled in local regional time zones. Right now, we have to break a survey into multiple campaigns and set up the separate schedules and reminders based on GMT and the various offsets for the time zones. Alchemer solves the problem of understanding exactly what customers have to say about our products and their customer experience without having to sit down with each and every one of them. The easy-to-use administrative interface and piping feature allow us to tailor surveys effectively. And embedding the NPS question in emails will improve our response rates significantly.
