What do you like best about Alchemer Digital?

We use the Love Dialog and Survey features, as well as the notes. Each feature is easy to set up and launch. I like having the ability to clone previous surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Digital?

I would like to have the option to see the combined data for iOS and Android devices. Separate reports are very important, but it would be great to be able to get that data in one big report from the admin tools rather than having to combine them manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Alchemer Digital:

Apptentive is a great way to measure your customers' satisfaction with their user experience on your app. Make sure you are mindful of the frequency of your communications, as users can get turned off if they are asked to respond to surveys or love dialogs too frequently.
