4/5
What do you like best about AlayaCare?

A one-stop shop for scheduling, invoicing, client care plans, employee files, and a smartphone app for community team members. It supports companies in moving from paper documentation to electronic documentation, which makes things more efficient for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlayaCare?

They raise their subscription rates substantially year after year, which can put companies in a precarious position because we simply can’t increase our customer rates at the same pace as the subscription hikes (a 27% increase over the past two years). There have also been countless times when we hoped AlayaCare would solve operational inefficiencies. We then work with their development team, who do their best, but ultimately we find the “solution” is either short-term or not really a solution at all. On top of the subscription fees, any additional assistance you need comes at an extra cost. Although AI is often presented as the future, they seem to assume every company is moving toward mass scaling while minimizing HR costs. In reality, this is a human service and experience, and companies that value the human touch are still expected to absorb the rising costs of AI integrations as part of their subscriptions. They also appear to have a monopoly in the market and know they can increase rates to whatever extent they want, since transitioning software systems is a major operational and financial commitment for companies.
