AlayaCare's innovation, and use of AI features are top of the list for me. The pricing for one of the best features (Alayaflow staffing and Visit Verification) has one of the most foolproof ROIs you could ask for, only charging for successful execution. The Alayacare team was and remains incredibly supportive throughout the onboarding process with a large and knowledgeable team. Lastly, they have the open API which provides a path for integration of any platform, as well as a robust list of partners that they have APIs in place with. The most challenging part for us was the visit verification, specifically the lack of guardrails for visit duration. While there is a net with the visit verification workflow, that was one of the most challenging aspects for us. A couple of other items on the list 1) Caregiver credentialing, while it exists it's not seamless and 2) RCM, there is not a great RCM functionality, particularly for authorized services.
