"All-in-One Documentation and Real-Time Communication with AlayaCare"

What do you like best about AlayaCare?

Alayacare allows us to keep all of our documentation in one platform for both our clients and caregivers. It also enables our field caregivers to document and communicate with our Care Team supervisors in real time. The forms and tasks align well with our operations model for our Nurse Care Team, while still supporting our field team at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlayaCare?

The geotracking of our Care Team supervisors is a significant loss of functionality for our Staffing team. In addition, our Staffing team refer to be able to find Best Matches and Familiar clients differently than AlayaCare allows. I don't like how many different places I need to go to find support and get "help" or answers to questions about different functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AlayaCare solving and how is that benefiting you?

AlayaCare allows our team to see real data in real time and supports our field team in their documentation. we wanted to move away from paper documentation and AlayaCare has done a great job of making that possible. All of our teams have the ability to work remotely from anywhere. Our Care Team Supervisors save time and money as well as their effort driving around town to collect the documents for review.
