The software offers a very strong scheduling tool that provides options, which allows it to fit many different operational needs. The mobile application provides a quick way to review information that has been input in the system and the reporting building provides endless possibilities in extracting information from the system. The customer service is also very responsive and has been helpful in understanding how to perform certain operations as well as recovering data that is accidently deleted. The mobile application lacks some ability to modify the schedule. It would be more helpful if the hourly editor schedule was able to be modified on mobile.
