Fairly adaptable to our workforce and scheduling needs. While it could be a little more flexible, overall it is a very good fit for our small service with a significant roster.

Many systems are based on a FT workforce with set schedules. With our combination workforce, FT/PT and Volunteers Aladtec gives us a very flexible means of filling shifts.

24/7/365 operations are very comfortable in the Aladtec environment.

Additional areas that are useful include a customizable Member information form that we rely on for our operational and primary HR records. Forms are an additional area we like as we can customize our workflows and data collection / record keeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The storage are for shared information space, is a little clunky. Not as user friendly in naming files, how to upload / cross link. This could be lack of education on our part.

The home page editor is a little challenging especially with graphics, although that may also be a lack of education on our part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
