It integrates in various capacities - through our website, through our online banking, and through our agent-facing portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alacriti?

The integration did take some work at the beginning. There was quite a bit of feedback and it certainly felt like we had to build everything from the ground up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Alacriti:

There is a lot of freedom in how you want the service to look and operate. This creates some additional work at the beginning but can lead to a more individualized and personal experience for each user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
