I don't like that I can't unapply and reapply customer payments, a ticket has to be created for this and it takes a long time to get done. I also would like it if we could print/email customer statements of account balance showing our customers all open invoices on their account. The ticketing system could be better, they need to complete the tickets in a more timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
