It's fairly user friendly and I like that you can click & drag to move things around. The color coding and icons are fun as well, and I like that there are several different ways to add tasks. It's pretty complex offering lots of features for advanced users, but if you only want to use the more basic features it is maybe overengineered for you. It's confusing at first how to get started so the 1:1 set-up meeting is a must in my option. I also don't like how it automatically communicates two-ways with my calendars so it often posts things on there that I don't want to be posted to an outside calendar.
