I really like this as it is simple to use and its dashboard is super useful as it is customizable and provide real time data. Also its integration is easy our CRM with API. I also likes its data filtering option which is helpful in performing analysis. I like using its sentiment analysis feature as it provide great results and also its keyphrase extraction option works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
