Aiven is very easy to use and deploy (in our cloud if needed). Their support is good and helpful. They will give us right docs and reference for BYOA too. It is easy to spin up the services and manage users. Pricing is straight forward.

Implementing the communication with Aiven services is almost same with services which we self host or use.

I feel like bit pricy (Even with BYOA, Instance and storage cost interms of Initial setup cost. Instead of just having double the infra in plans, they can inroduce more adjustable plans to have infra scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
