What do you like best about AiTrillion?

The team at AiTrillion is very responsive, and I can always count on them to answer a question or troubleshoot an issue with me within a few hours of sending the initial question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiTrillion?

I don't have any criticisms of AiTrillion. Any problems I've run into have been because I'm not very familiar with working with software and have been confused on the back-end, and they've always been quick to help me understand with screenshots, screen-recordings, and step-by-step emails. What problems is AiTrillion solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a membership that is essential to the functioning of my website. The problem they have helped me troubleshoot is setting up a discount code so returning members can maintain their membership at a discounted price. This is helping with my customer retention.
