What do you like best about AiTrillion?

AiTrillion brings together so many tools that are usually spread across multiple apps, email automation, loyalty programs, reviews, and web push notifications, all in one place. It’s convenient and easy to use once you get familiar with the dashboard. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we need guidance or troubleshooting. What do you dislike about AiTrillion?

The support can be hit or miss, sometimes I get someone who can help me quickly and other times it takes a few weeks and a lot of revisions. But, they always get the job done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
