The absolute best part about this software is how incredibly well it understands the actual meaning behind a customer's message, even if they use casual or slightly confusing language. It looks over our technical guides and responds accurately while maintaining our exact brand tone.
The pay-per-fix pricing structure is also a massive benefit for us; instead of paying a high, rigid monthly software fee, we are charged under a dollar for each successfully completed issue, which cut our overall customer service costs in half. Additionally, their data insights dashboard is excellent. It automatically clusters and reviews customer conversations to point out hidden product bugs and customer complaints that we used to miss entirely, helping us fix product issues much faster. While the automation itself is highly dependable, the settings page where you configure and train the different digital assistants is incredibly complex and takes a good week of practice to fully get used to.
Also, if our technical team changes an internal policy on our website without documenting it right away, the AI can take a few chats to naturally learn the new rule on its own. When this happens, we have to go into the system and manually refresh its core logic rules to make sure it doesn't give out outdated information, which can be slightly tedious.
