I use Airwallex for smooth payments to suppliers, service providers, and employees. I like the smooth interface on both the web and app, and find it user-friendly. It works smoothly for receiving funds from Amazon through my Amazon Seller Wallet and Seller Central. Airwallex turned out to be better in all aspects compared to the previous product I used. As far as our business needs, it works well, but one thing I would wish for is a bit better currency conversion rates when transferring funds to other countries like Pakistan for virtual assistants or self withdrawals. Also, the initial setup was kind of very detailed and lengthy, and it was rejected initially until we submitted all our business information and track records.
