## Airtable Reviews
  ### 1. Reducing Manual Tracking Effort Through Airtable Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINAY P. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I liked most about Airtable was how it helped organize engineering coordination, tracking activities, and documentation workflows in a much more structured way compared to managing everything through spreadsheets alone.

While handling BOM updates, drawing-review tracking, project follow-ups, and concession activities, the linked-record structure made it easier to connect related information instead of maintaining multiple disconnected Excel files. Different teams could quickly check status, ownership, pending actions, and review history without repeatedly asking for updates.

The calendar, grid, and Kanban-style views were especially useful during project coordination because each team preferred a different way of monitoring activities. I also used automation rules and reminders for repetitive follow-up tasks, which reduced manual coordination effort during busy project cycles.Another practical benefit was the flexibility. Without depending heavily on IT support, workflows could be adjusted quickly whenever project requirements changed.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform felt cleaner and easier to navigate than traditional database tools, and onboarding new users was relatively simple because the spreadsheet-style layout felt familiar initially.
I also found the AI-assisted summarization and automation suggestions useful while reviewing larger data sets and ongoing project updates, especially during coordination-heavy activities.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One limitation I noticed is that performance can slow down slightly when bases become very large and heavily connected with automations and linked records.
I also felt that advanced permissions, reporting, and analytics capabilities could be more flexible for complex operational workflows involving multiple teams and restricted-access data.

Although the interface is user-friendly, designing larger workflows properly still requires planning; otherwise bases can become difficult to manage over time.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Airtable, engineering coordination activities, project tracking, and documentation follow-ups were spread across spreadsheets, emails, and separate trackers, which made status visibility and ownership tracking difficult.

For example, while managing review activities, BOM updates, and multi-stage project coordination tasks, teams often depended on manual follow-up communication to understand pending actions and latest updates.

Airtable solved this by centralizing related project information into one connected workflow with linked records, dashboards, reminders, and customized views. Instead of manually combining information from multiple trackers, teams could directly view project status, ownership, pending approvals, and documentation progress in real time.

This reduced duplicate tracking effort, improved coordination visibility, and simplified follow-up management across ongoing engineering activities.

From an ROI perspective, it reduced time spent maintaining separate trackers and improved workflow efficiency by automating repetitive coordination and reporting activities.

  ### 2. Solid No-Code Database Layer for Loan Application Workflows but Has Limitation at Scale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaleem A. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The linked records and relational table structure are honestly what sold it for us internally. We were managing a loan application workflow and tracking applicant data, document uploads, and status updates across multiple stages and Airtable handled all of it without anyone on the team needing to write a single query. The visual base setup also made cross-team visibility really easy. Our ops and credit teams could simply open the base and know exactly where an application stood, without having to pull anyone into a meeting. As an internal no-code data layer for handling that volume, it genuinely punches above its weight when the schema is set up properly.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The API rate limit is where things start to break down for us. Once we had multiple team members and automated triggers hitting the base at the same time, we ran into the 5 requests/second cap pretty quickly, and it created real friction in our workflow. The Salesforce sync being one-directional and locked behind Business or Enterprise also feels like it should be a standard feature, honestly. Row-level permissions being basically nonexistent has been another issue, since we have sensitive financial data across different user roles, and the workarounds added complexity we really didn’t want to manage internally.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gave us a structured internal data layer that could hold together a fairly complex loan application workflow without things breaking. We had multiple form stages like applicant info, income verification, document uploads, and co-applicant data and Airtable kept everything linked and visible to the right people across our team. That also cut down on the constant status-update requests, since everyone could simply check the base themselves. We also used it as a middle layer while migrating data to Salesforce, which made the mapping and validation process much cleaner than going direct.

  ### 3. Airtable Makes Organizing Projects and Client Info Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad O. | Salesforce Business Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I like most about Airtable is how easy it makes it to organize and manage information without needing any technical skills. The spreadsheet-style interface feels familiar, yet it still offers powerful options such as multiple views, automation, collaboration, and customizable fields. It also helps our team keep projects, tasks, and client information all in one place, which improves visibility, keeps everyone aligned, and saves time.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One thing I dislike about Airtable is that some of the more advanced features can feel a bit limited unless you upgrade to a higher-priced plan. As my database grows, performance can sometimes slow down, especially when I’m using complex automations or working with multiple linked records. There’s also a learning curve: it can take new users a while to fully understand all the customization options and how the different workflows fit together.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable has helped us organize project data, track tasks, and collaborate as a team in a much more structured way. Before we started using it, our information was scattered across spreadsheets and multiple tools, which made it hard to follow updates and stay aligned. With Airtable, we’re able to centralize our workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve visibility across teams. Overall, it has saved us time, reduced manual work, and helped keep projects moving forward more efficiently.

  ### 4. Airtable Simplifies Complex Campaign Tracking with Linked Records and Shareable Views

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabina K. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable has become our new savior in handling the insanely complicated content priority lists, providing our marketing department with a concise and well-structured overview of the campaigns, timeline, and asset position in a single platform. The linked record feature has been the strongest one and we are able to relate the similar data in different tables and the resultant duplication that led to errors in our reporting is avoided. There is also the capacity to provide filtered views to external stakeholders without providing a full-blown database access, which has also proven to be a feature that helps in collaboration with customers in a client-based scenario.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Reporting and analytics are quite basic relative to the focused business intelligence tools, and you can hardly derive in-depth insights directly on your data. There is also poor functionality of the desktop experience on the mobile app, and handling and updating records on the go is more cumbersome than it is supposed to be.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable has addressed the issue of working with interconnected data which had been distributed across spreadsheets, emails and documents. This has enhanced accuracy in data and visibility of teams and we have been able to make decisions faster and more informed without having to waste time searching information in various sources.

  ### 5. Airtable Became the Backbone of Our Marketing Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wilfor G. | Apoyo a marketing y ventas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

"For our marketing team, Airtable has become the backbone of the entire department’s operations. It allows us to keep detailed track of projects, tasks, deadlines and responsible parties all in one place, which eliminates the chaos of scattered email or message follow-ups. Before using it, we used to coordinate deadlines across different chats and documents; now, with the calendar and Kanban views, every team member knows exactly what they have to do and by when. Its intuitive interface meant the whole team adopted it without the need for extensive training, and the ability to customise databases for each type of project makes it adaptable to any campaign or editorial launch we manage."

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

"One of the weaknesses we’ve encountered is with integrations: although Airtable offers connections to various external tools, we’ve experienced occasional glitches that disrupt our workflow and take time to diagnose and resolve. It’s not something that happens all the time, but when it does, it affects the team’s operations. On the other hand, the pricing model can quickly become expensive: we have a paid plan, but every time we need to add a new collaborator to the workspace, the additional cost per user is high for the budget of a marketing department in a medium-sized company. It would be ideal to have more flexible plans that better adapt to the team’s growth without incurring significant extra costs."

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves one of the most common challenges faced by marketing teams: a lack of visibility into the actual status of each project. Previously, spotting delays or bottlenecks relied on meetings or follow-up messages; now, with a single glance at the dashboard, we can identify outstanding tasks, responsible parties and potential roadblocks before they become a problem. As for centralisation, the most tangible benefit is that all the department’s projects — from campaigns and editorial launches to administrative tasks — are housed in a single space, accessible to the whole team in real time. This significantly reduces the time spent searching for information in emails or chats, and allows us to focus on execution rather than coordination.

  ### 6. Highly Customizable, Still Needs Better Output Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary B. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like that I can sort and filter and organize data in Airtable, and I appreciate being able to share views with others so they can see the data that's relevant to them. I also like that I can keep historical data hidden by a filter, and it's still available to me. Using the add-ons in Airtable is great for doing data collection and analysis, and for pulling data for reports to share with others in our college. It's really convenient that Airtable offers the ability to manipulate data into views that are simple to use, compared to the cumbersome Google Sheets. Plus, after getting over the initial learning curve, I find the options intuitive and the additional setup for new features simple. I also love how it allows me to easily manage user access to the data being shared.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The biggest issue I have with Airtable is outputting information. I find it difficult to get data out. So oftentimes it feels very primitive such as when cutting and pasting into a Word doc or another format, in order to be able to share data. It's definitely the output of information that is the most challenging part.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to organize licensure applications and test scores. It allows me to sort, filter, and share data easily without cut-pasting like Google Sheets. I like its data collection and analysis features, though outputting data can be clunky.

  ### 7. Clean, Flexible Collaboration with Airtable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehan A. | Artificial Intelligence Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I started using Airtable to organize content and daily task tracking for my Salesforce learning and training work. I like that I can create tables quickly, link related data, and switch between different views depending on what I need to check. It feels easier to manage compared to maintaining multiple Excel sheets separately.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The free version has some limitations for advanced automations and larger workspaces. Sometimes it also takes a little time to understand relationships between tables when setting things up for the first time.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps me keep notes, task lists, and training-related records organized in one place instead of scattered across different files. Because of this, I spend less time searching for information and can manage work in a more structured way

  ### 8. Flexible, Scalable, and Actually Useful for Real Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Vice President of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It sits in that sweet spot between a database and an app builder, so you can model real operational workflows, not just track data. We’ve used it to power things like partner onboarding, network applications, and API-driven processes, and it holds up well if you structure it properly.

The ability to layer automations, interfaces, and integrations on top of the same data model is huge. It lets you connect ops, product, and GTM without forcing everything into one rigid system or needing engineering for every change.

From a day-to-day UI and UX standpoint, it’s pretty intuitive once you understand how it’s structured. People can get up and running quickly, but there is a learning curve when you start building more complex workflows. It can also feel a bit fragmented across bases and interfaces if things aren’t well organized.

On onboarding and support, there’s a lot of helpful documentation and a strong community. You can usually find what you need, but getting to best practices takes some experience, especially if you’re thinking about it as a system and not just a spreadsheet.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it’s been worth it for us. We’ve been able to replace multiple tools and reduce manual work, which adds up quickly. Costs can increase as you scale, so you need some guardrails, but if you use it intentionally, the value is there.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Like with any platform, performance really comes down to how you build. Airtable works well out of the box, but as your data grows and you add more automations, you start to benefit from being more thoughtful about structure and design.

Overall, it’s incredibly powerful, but getting the most out of it comes down to being intentional upfront. With a bit of structure, it stays scalable and avoids turning into a collection of disconnected solutions.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps solve the problem of work being spread across too many tools and not actually connected.

It gives us a way to centralize workflows that would normally live in spreadsheets, email threads, and different systems, and turn them into something structured and trackable.

The biggest benefit is speed and visibility. We can build and adjust processes quickly, keep everything in one place, and give teams a clear view of what’s going on without a lot of manual coordination. It also helps standardize how work gets done, which cuts down on confusion and rework.

  ### 9. The tool that turned our Excel- and Google Sheets-based work into a real operating system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 엄한결 U. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

We initially started using Airtable just to organize our database, but over time it became the core system behind how we run our operations. Our work includes helping Korean companies enter the Vietnam market, managing buyer databases, coordinating matching projects, and tracking follow-up actions. Before Airtable, our information was scattered across Excel files, Google Sheets, and separate documents, which made everything inefficient and difficult to manage.

After moving to Airtable, we were able to bring buyer databases, project status, task tracking, meeting records, and follow-up history together in one structured base. Once we learned to use linked records, lookups, and formulas properly, it stopped feeling like a simple list manager and started to feel like a real working system for the business.

From there, we expanded beyond database management into HR tracking, accounting-related management, inventory and operations tracking, and even content planning. We also connected Airtable with tools like Make.com, Google Docs, and Gmail to automate document generation and other repetitive workflows. Work that used to rely on manual copying, double-checking, and constant follow-ups became far more standardized and reliable.

One of Airtable’s biggest strengths is that a non-developer like me could build all of this. It’s a powerful product, but it still lets the people who actually understand the workflow design and run the system themselves.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable is a very good tool, but if you start using it without thinking through the structure, it can become complicated surprisingly fast. It looks simple at first, yet once you have many related tables and automations that keep growing, a poorly designed base quickly turns into something that’s hard to maintain. I went through a lot of trial and error myself.

As the amount of data increases and the setup gets more complex, performance and pricing can also become real concerns. There are times when permissions, or certain advanced capabilities, feel a bit limited for teams that rely on Airtable very heavily. So while it’s excellent for getting started quickly, if you want to use it as a company-wide operating system, you really need to design the architecture carefully from the beginning.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Airtable solved for us was scattered work information. Previously, the same data was entered across multiple files, it wasn’t always clear which version was the most up to date, and when responsibilities changed, important context was often lost.

Now our buyer database, projects, meeting history, progress status, and follow-up tasks are all connected, which makes it much easier to understand the full workflow at a glance. This is especially important for work like Vietnam market entry support, where multiple companies, buyers, products, and consultation histories are closely interconnected.

In practical terms, Airtable has helped us reduce duplicate and missing data, improve visibility into project status, automate repetitive reporting and document-related work, and make handovers between team members much smoother. It’s hard to give one exact number, but compared with our old way of working, our overall efficiency has improved significantly because many tasks now run within a system instead of relying only on manual work.

  ### 10. Build projects in the blink of an eye with AI-powered builder tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo F. | Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

You can build small projects to track your project progress and automate company tasks easily using AI builder tools and prompts. I built a project portfolio tracker in seconds, and I’m using it to manage ongoing project progress and support team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable is great for prototyping, MVPs, and small projects. However, if you want to scale your solution, it may not be ideal, since the paid plans increase per user and can get expensive. The mobile version also has some limitations, and users can’t access all the same functionality as on the web version.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me automate and manage company projects and products, giving me a quick overview of progress. I can easily contact my team and see which features and tasks they’re working on, along with the projects timeline.

  ### 11. Intuitive and Powerful: Airtable Streamlines Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I like best about Airtable is how intuitive and polished the platform feels from a UI/UX perspective. It gives you the flexibility of a database without making the experience overly technical, so teams can build workflows quickly without a steep learning curve. The customization options, views, and automations are easy to navigate, which makes adoption across teams much smoother.

I also appreciate the wide range of integrations and how well Airtable connects with other tools we use daily. Performance has been reliable even as workflows and data sets grow, and the platform delivers strong ROI because it reduces manual work and improves visibility across projects. Support resources and onboarding are well organized, making it easy to get new users up to speed. The newer AI capabilities are also a nice addition for summarizing data, generating insights, and helping teams work more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One downside is that Airtable’s pricing can rise quickly as teams grow and need more advanced automations, integrations, or additional user seats. Although the platform is very flexible, more complex workflows can still come with a learning curve before you can fully optimize them, especially for less technical users. Performance may also occasionally slow with very large bases or heavily customized setups, and some reporting or dashboard options can feel limited compared with dedicated BI tools. Additionally, while the AI features are promising, there’s still room for deeper intelligence and more advanced native functionality so you don’t have to rely as much on third-party integrations.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps solve challenges around workflow visibility, project coordination, and managing large amounts of client and operational data across teams. As an account manager, it has improved organization by centralizing information, automating repetitive processes, and reducing reliance on spreadsheets and scattered communication. The integrations and automation capabilities save time on reporting, task management, and follow-ups, while the intuitive UI makes collaboration much easier across departments. This has led to better efficiency, faster execution, improved client communication, and stronger overall productivity and ROI for the team.

  ### 12. Airtable: From Scattered Spreadsheets to Structured, Live Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | UK Inventory and Logistics Manager / Global Procurement Sustainability Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I use Airtable as the backbone for several operational and sustainability systems across multiple international sites within a regulated life sciences environment.

What started as structured inventory control has evolved into linked systems covering procurement governance, supplier mapping, waste consolidation and Scope 1–3 emissions tracking. The ability to build relational, auditable data structures without heavy IT involvement has been a major advantage.

Airtable gives me database-level capability while remaining flexible enough to adapt as reporting expectations evolve. I can design systems around how the organisation actually operates rather than forcing processes into rigid software templates.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I genuinely have very few issues with Airtable, but as bases grow and datasets become larger, performance can slow slightly if they are not structured well. In my experience, this is largely mitigated through thoughtful architecture, clean relationships and good data organisation, but it does require some planning as systems scale.

One area I would like to see improved is how AI fields handle incomplete inputs. When an AI field depends on multiple other fields, it can stop generating output if some of those fields are blank. It would be useful if the AI could instead produce a partial output and clearly state which information is missing, rather than failing entirely. That would make AI-driven workflows more resilient in real-world use where data is not always perfectly complete.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Airtable, much of the operational and reporting data I was working with lived across disconnected spreadsheets and email chains. That made consolidation slow, version control difficult and reporting preparation more manual than it needed to be.

Airtable has allowed me to centralise supplier, operational and reporting data into one structured, relational system. Instead of stitching information together at the end of a reporting cycle, the data is connected from the start.

The use of Interfaces has made live data accessible in a consistent and controlled way for different stakeholders, which has improved transparency without exposing unnecessary complexity. AI fields and automation have helped standardise reporting outputs, and tools such as Omni make it easy to generate executive-level summaries quickly, which is particularly helpful at cycle end when leadership wants clear insight without deep technical detail.

Overall, it has reduced consolidation time, improved traceability, clarified ownership of metrics and increased confidence in the data being presented. It has shifted reporting from reactive to structured and repeatable.

  ### 13. Versatile Tool for Managing Entire Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca W. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like how Airtable is so versatile. It's essentially a database or a spreadsheet, but the versatility of the different ways you can view the data and the different cell or object types is really helpful. You can interact between tables and relate data to each other really easily. Also, it integrates really well with Claude Code, allowing me to send data back and forth while talking to Claude Code. Using Airtable saves a lot of time as it lets me house all my data together and view it in ways that solve specific problems.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The only thing that I don't like about it is that you can't easily go between bases. You have to click a couple of times to get between bases. I would like it if there was a kind of menu of all your bases that you could just click on, like a folder structure. That's the only gripe I have with it.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to run my whole business, managing CRM, tasks, and important lists all in one place, making it versatile and cost-effective. This integration allows me to relate data easily and save on multiple subscriptions.

  ### 14. Ease of integration, security and process optimization with Airtable's digital applications.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew Q. | Accountant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The technical performance and functionality of Airtable's digital capabilities are remarkable and high quality, allowing you to create new and improve applications for your work environment, ensuring increased compliance and operational efficiency across all your work functions.

In addition, I can also say that what stands out about Airtable as a work system is the ease with which it allows you to collect and store your work data to run the most customized and useful digital applications for your business's technical needs.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I like how all of Airtable's digital functions work and run and I have positive comments about the performance of all its functions due to their quality and operational efficiency.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my field of work I have managed to created and structure new and modern work applications that allow me to automate repetitive processes and tasks using Airtable's digital functions, improving the management of each of my operations and business objectives.

  ### 15. Engaging UI with Easy Automation, Slight Limitations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirag M. | Lead - Tech and AI Automation, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like Airtable because it's a lightweight database that's not as complex as SQL yet highly functional. The presentable UI is a standout, allowing data to be showcased in various ways that make it more engaging and understandable. I appreciate the ability to change views to suit different needs, and the easy collaboration it offers through integration with automation platforms I use. The filters and customization, like adding regex formulas, make data manipulation flexible and valuable. Airtable’s simple UI and good UX are great even for non-technical users, making it easy for my team to navigate and find comfort with the platform. Overall, the structured approach and broad view options are a big plus for showcasing and understanding data.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I've faced a limitation with Airtable, particularly on the automation side that I work on. When entering data in an automated way, there's a limitation of only 10 data points that can be automated at a time. This is a big limitation for me, especially with projects that have around 100 to 200 items. I have to iterate every time, which consumes more credits instead of just pushing all the items in one go. It would be better if the limit could be increased from 10 to maybe 50 or 100.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to store data in a presentable and organized way. Its engaging UI and view customization enhance data insight extraction. It's lightweight compared to SQL databases, supports easier collaboration, and smoothly integrates with my automation platforms.

  ### 16. Airtable: A Flexible and Powerful Platform for Building Business Systems Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I like best about Airtable is the flexibility to build real business systems without starting from a heavy development process. As a business automation consultant, I use Airtable for many different clients, and it allows me to design databases, connect processes, create interfaces, and automate repetitive work in one platform.

The biggest value for me is that Airtable is both simple enough for business users and powerful enough for complex workflows. I can start with a clear data structure, add relationships between tables, build views for different teams, and then connect automations or external tools when needed. The integrations are very important for my work, because Airtable can become the center of the process and still connect to tools like forms, email, project management platforms, Make, Zapier, n8n and custom APIs.

I also like the Interface Designer very much. It helps me create clean working screens for users, so they do not need to see the full database behind the system. This makes adoption much easier, especially for teams that are moving from spreadsheets or manual processes. In most cases, users understand the system quite quickly, and there is also good documentation and community knowledge that helps with onboarding and support.

From a performance point of view, Airtable is usually stable and responsive for the operational systems I build. Of course, when the solution becomes very complex, it is important to design the base correctly, but with good architecture it works well for many business use cases.

For pricing and ROI, I think the value is strong. It can save a lot of development time and reduce manual work, so for many companies the return is much faster than building a custom system from zero. The AI and intelligence features are also interesting, especially for things like summarizing information, classifying records, and helping teams get insights from their data.

For me, Airtable is not just a database tool. It is a strong foundation for building practical operational systems quickly, while still keeping the solution organized, scalable, and easy to improve over time.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

What I dislike about Airtable is that when a base becomes more complex, it can be harder to manage and maintain over time. Airtable is very flexible, but this also means that if the architecture is not planned well from the beginning, the system can become messy with many views, fields, automations, and dependencies.

Another point is performance. For small and medium solutions Airtable works very well, but in larger bases with many records, linked tables, lookups, rollups, and automations, sometimes the experience can become slower. This is especially important when clients use Airtable as a core operational system and not only as a simple database.

I also think the pricing can become a challenge for some clients. The value is usually strong, but when a company needs many users, advanced permissions, interfaces, automations, or AI features, the total cost can grow quite fast. For smaller businesses, this sometimes makes the decision harder.

In addition, I would like to see more advanced native tools for documentation, change tracking, and automation debugging. As an implementer, it is important for me to understand what changed, why an automation failed, and how different parts of the system are connected.

Overall, I still think Airtable is a very strong platform, but these areas can make complex implementations more challenging and require good planning and governance.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is solving for me and for my clients: how to move from spreadsheets, manual updates, emails, and disconnected tools into one organized operational system.

As a business automation consultant, I use Airtable to help companies structure their information in a clear way. Instead of having data in many Excel files or different systems, Airtable allows me to create one source of truth with connected tables, views, permissions, interfaces, and automations.

Airtable also helps reduce manual work. Many processes that were done by copy-paste, follow-up emails, or manual status updates can be automated. This saves time, reduces mistakes, and gives managers better visibility into what is happening in the business.

The interface is interactive, allowing dynamic questions that users really enjoy and trust. I would like Airtable to learn from my previous answers to some fields or other fields that may be relevant when applying for grants or accelerator applications and try to fill it using AI.

  ### 20. Highly Efficient, User-Friendly, and Versatile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny W. | Marketing Director, Luxury Goods & Jewelry, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like how easy it is to make projects in Airtable that are dynamic and provide many views for different projects and team members. It integrates well with our workflows and is very easy to use, but also offers complex problem-solving tools. As we work through different aspects of a project, I appreciate being able to review an overall view of the project or get more granular with individual tasks. We switched to Airtable because it was more robust and had better features. The transition was made easier by integrating our Sales POS system into the platform along with our production tasks. The introduction library from Airtable was very helpful for training our team, despite the initial learning curve for some members.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I would just like more integrations that are native to the platform to avoid having to use Zapier. I just find that some tasks that I would like to automate are not available sometimes when researching new products to work into our tech stack.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable for managing social posts, assets, and project management tasks like inventory and sales tracking. It's easy to create dynamic projects with different views, integrates well with workflows, and provides complex problem-solving tools.

  ### 21. Reliable and Seamless Inventory Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mallory R. | Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I really like that Airtable just works without a lot of technical glitches. The stability of Airtable feels really well-rounded, and it doesn't have a lot of new features being released all the time that might impact its stability. Airtable works really seamlessly, and the user interface is wonderful to work with. It just works like you would expect it to. It makes it so that there is nothing that gets lost, which makes it really easy to rely on. It's dependable to store our data and not worry about it going away or glitching out.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable is not a task manager. We struggled with using it for task management as it doesn't allow for recurring tasks without setting up complex automations. Additionally, the initial setup had a learning curve, though it was necessary and rewarding.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is our source of truth, centralizing everything we need and providing a unique solution for inventory management that works wonderfully for our custom use cases.

  ### 22. Great for Organization, Limited for Large Datasets

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen B. | Senior Researcher | Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I use Airtable for manuscript collaborations, and I appreciate that it helps me keep things organized and quickly identify which areas of a task or job need more attention. I like that there's a free plan for individuals or small groups, which is handy when research funds are tight. The platform is easy to use, and I find the visuals basic but useful. I especially like the linked tables for showing structure and relationships, the variable views for seeing the same data in different ways, which is decision-relevant, and the status workflow view to track what's completed.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Well, it doesn't handle large datasets (such as metagenome data) and it's not a repo for that. So it's not good for formal science record keeping or storage.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable for manuscript collaborations, keeping things organized, and quickly identifying task areas needing attention. It supports easy iteration tracking and offers useful visualizations, which help in decision making with its variable views and linked tables.

  ### 23. Intuitive Yet Advanced with Configurability Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian O. | Digital Fundraising Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I find Airtable makes things much easier for us. I really appreciate how easy it is to use and configure, which makes sharing information with people outside of our organization simple, as well as printing and accessing data more smoothly than dealing with giant spreadsheets. The interfaces it provides are fantastic for making our data presentable and accessible. The artificial intelligence capabilities are valuable too, allowing us to build profiles and interact with our information quickly. The software simplifies handling tasks and passing on information to those not familiar with our organization's details. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, similar to other project management software, which was a big plus for me. Overall, it's a great tool for doing advanced configuration and creating systems that require minimal manual input. I think it's a great product with a simple interface that anyone can easily understand.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I think it could be easier to have a bit of an orientation in terms of understanding it. We had to kind of play around with it to understand, oh, it can do this, this, and this. I don't know if there are resources available to give you kind of more information on how to utilize it, how to build it out. And maybe perhaps some improvements to the artificial intelligence that kind of builds out the system for you as you give a prompt. It could be an issue of us not understanding how to give it the correct prompts, but I think it was a lot of trial and error until the artificial intelligence eventually got it right.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to streamline athlete registration, making things much easier. It's user-friendly, easy to configure, and aids in sharing with external people better than large spreadsheets. It simplifies access and presentation of information, thanks to its AI capabilities.

**Reviewed by:** Matthew S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I find Airtable incredibly beneficial for managing supplier and product catalog data by maintaining a single source of truth, allowing data syncing between databases efficiently. It's easy to incorporate automations like emails to keep team members updated on any changes, which is very handy. I appreciate how it helps keep data structured, which is crucial for data integrity and easy integration with other systems. Notably, Airtable makes it simple for non-technical people to understand and maintain data. Furthermore, I enjoy how easy it is to set up, get ideas up and running quickly, and add forms.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It becomes clunky and slow as the base grows. Standard solutions to this like pagination should have been built in out of the box.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable makes it easy to maintain a single source of truth, prevents data duplication, and supports structured data for integration. It also boosts efficiency with data syncing, automations, and easy-to-use forms.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I found Airtable to be a great way to store all our asset information and map that out with a production timeline using the different views. The views were really helpful to visually digest the information depending on the use case, whether for video production or social media posts, and they each had different ways of viewing that fit the content type. It was a useful tool for showcasing these projects. I also appreciated how simple the initial setup was. Airtable's multiple views were a positive change from Trello's kanban style, which was a key feature that drew us to it.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable did not scale into a project management tool, which was what we ended up needing. At the time of using it did not fit right, but looking at some templates that exist now, it looks like they have improved in this.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to store asset information and map it on a production timeline. Its different views help visually digest information fitting each content type, making it useful for planning content production and scheduling.

  ### 31. Simple, Practical, and Actually Useful for Day to Day Clinic Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also handle education and clinic-related content. I started using Airtable mainly to manage patient lists, diet plans, follow-up notes, and daily clinic records in a more organized way.
It is very easy to work with on a daily basis. I did not need any technical background to understand it. Adding patient names, updating diet details, changing follow up status, or checking old records feels simple and quick. The layout is clean, so I can focus on work instead of figuring out the software.

Getting started was smooth. I was able to create tables for diet plans, patients, and follow-ups without any complicated setup. Linking patients with their diet plans made tracking much easier during consultations. It helped me move away from scattered Excel files and notes.
I use Airtable frequently in my routine work. During clinic hours, I can quickly check which diet plan is active, update follow up notes after a visit, and keep basic patient information in one place. This saves time and avoids confusion, especially when managing multiple patients.

The features are practical and useful. Options like filters, linked records, and simple calculations help in organizing data better without making things complex. It has what is needed for regular clinic and education work.
Overall, Airtable fits well into my daily workflow. It helps keep clinic work structured, information easy to find, and routine tasks more manageable without adding extra workload.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One thing I dislike about Airtable is that it can feel a bit confusing in the beginning. Even though basic use is simple, understanding linked records, views, and formulas takes some time if you are new to the tool.

For daily clinic work, it works well, but it is not a complete clinic management system. Things like billing, prescriptions, or detailed medical records are not part of Airtable, so other tools are still needed.

Sometimes small changes, like setting the primary field or adjusting relationships between tables, cannot be done automatically and need manual steps. This is not a big problem, but it does slow things down a little at times.
Overall, Airtable is very useful, but it requires some initial learning and planning to use it smoothly for regular work.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is helping me solve the problem of scattered information. Earlier, patient lists, diet plans, and follow-up notes were spread across different files and formats. This made it difficult to quickly find the right information during clinic hours.
With Airtable, I can keep patient details, diet plans, and follow-up updates in one place. This helps me check active diet plans, update notes after consultations, and track follow-ups without confusion. Everything is organized and easy to access, which saves time in daily work.

It also helps in managing routine tasks more clearly. I can see which diet plans are ongoing, which are completed, and what needs attention. This improves workflow and reduces chances of missing follow-ups.
Overall, Airtable benefits me by bringing structure to daily clinic and education-related work. It makes information easy to manage, reduces manual effort, and helps me stay organized without using multiple tools.

  ### 32. Airtable Keeps Our Workflow and Procurement on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal K. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

As a service based startup we use airtable maximum for managing our companies workflow and do all the data entry related work for inventories on its software. This tool helps us in making sure that all the procurement purchase of our business is done properly on time and maintained with the sheet that it provides.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One of the major complain that I have with Airtable software is that it's user interfaces is quite Complex and also it is not compatible on my mobile phone. There is no application available that supports Android or iOS devices to access it from anywhere you will have to use it on a browser and from your desktop device only.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As this tool works in the format of rows and columns so all data that are related to our business is updated on its advance sheets which are an alternative of MS Excel. We also use it on a everyday basis to manage the complete work for our business and make sure that each and every department of our company can share information from each other.

  ### 33. Airtable: A Michelin-Star Data Experience Beyond Excel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott G. | Director of Product Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I started using Airtable the moment I realized I had exhausted everything Excel could offer. After countless attempts to force a database structure into spreadsheets, I finally found Airtable, and nearly ten years later, I’ve never looked back.

Airtable is incredibly easy to navigate at the start. If you’re stuck in Google Sheets or Excel, it feels like someone finally built the data layer for you, but with all the power and flexibility you always wished spreadsheets had.

I think of Airtable like a dinner at a three star Michelin restaurant. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience. You begin with something simple, almost understated, and then each course builds on the last. By the time you reach the main course, you’re fully immersed, and when you leave, you’re slightly stunned by what just happened.

That’s how Airtable works. You start with the data layer. Then come relationships, automations, interfaces, and forms, each adding depth and complexity, all thoughtfully constructed. It builds so naturally that your brain can’t help but want more.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Honestly, there are only a few things I wish would get addressed, and I know they’re working on them, mostly Interface/UI improvements. One is the List view: I’d love the ability to lock the primary field. The other is bulk image downloading. That’s really it. I love pretty much everything about the platform, and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking to get more advanced and level up their internal data operations. 10/10 Stars!

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves connectivity and cross-functional collaboration around product data across the entire company. It lets us operate with confidence and trust, and that’s the key for me: trusting the data and the process. The simplest way I can put it is that Airtable is the heartbeat of our company; it’s the engine. Now, with AI, specifically the agents, it’s helping us review and react faster. It’s added horsepower to our product operations, and it’s only getting faster, smarter, and more advanced.

  ### 34. Essential for Organized, Visual Documentation and Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo A. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable has become an essential tool for almost all of our documentation and a key part of our new client and new employee onboarding process. It's a great tool to keep documentation and processes organized as well as making it visual and easy to locate information whenever it is needed. We use Google Drive and other document sharing tools but everything is centralized in Airtable making it easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There's nothing I don't like about it. Maybe they can improve on their guides and how to as it can be overwhelming for brand new users who haven't used Airtable since the beginning.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During new client onboarding and new employee onboarding training and inductions would normally take up a lot of time depending on the type of service being provided or the job title of the new incumbents. Airtable has helped us centralize all of our training resources including interactive guides and videos in a simple easy to follow self-training resource which has freed up the time for our CSM and our HR departments to do other vital things. It's easy to update it with new content and it helps us visually explain our different processes and departments.

  ### 35. Flexible Views That Transform How You Work With the Same Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagar K. | SEO Analyst, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The biggest win for me is the flexibility of views. I can keep one clean source of data and switch between grid, calendar, kanban, or gallery depending on what I need at that moment. It’s not just visual, it actually changes how you interact with the same data without duplicating anything.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Automations and formulas are limited and hard to debug, so scaling workflows gets frustrating. Pricing also climbs quickly once you need more records or advanced features.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Airtable replaces the mess of scattered spreadsheets, notes, and task trackers by keeping everything in one structured place that still feels flexible and smooth performance.

  ### 36. Excellent for Organization, Room for Improved Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelique B. | Content Manager/Digital Librarian, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I use Airtable to keep assets organized and easily filter them. I really like the filtering feature, it makes my tasks easy, especially since I have to look at content across several languages and other categories. Through the filtering feature, I can easily find what I am looking for and apply that information to other tools I am using such as WordPress and Canto. One of the vendors I work with integrates our Airtable content with WordPress.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I am not able to work on the same time with a colleague at the same time, causing confusion.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps me keep assets organized and easily filter them, ensuring I have all the content I need and understand asset relationships. The filtering feature makes handling content in different languages easier and integrates well with tools like WordPress and Canto.

  ### 37. Versatile Tool for Organized and Visually Appealing Data Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaitlyn B. | Owner, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like that Airtable offers so many features to build off of my own forms, organize data, and collaborate with others. It greatly improves on the standard spreadsheet for organizing information. I love the automatic color coding the most, as it makes the information more visually appealing and saves me time since I used to do this manually on other platforms. Airtable allows me to put more information into the form while maintaining visual appeal and without it becoming too messy or ugly.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I feel like there is a bit of a learning curve for more of the advanced features. I have yet to figure out how to integrate them because I don't know if I have the time to learn.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to organize information without it becoming messy, and I like its features for building forms, organizing data, and collaborating. It improves on standard spreadsheets.

  ### 38. Advanced Database Solution That Outshines Excel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umesh K. | IT Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

For us airtable is a Advance Database that helps in storing our customers information and works like a spreadsheet or you can say that it's an advance version of MS Excel that manages different type of data in a format of rows and column along with informative analytics when they are compiled.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Applying formulas is one of the most difficult part according to my experience on this software because there are different type of formulas and you won't be able to understand where to use which formula and their user interface is also quite complex for beginners. You will need a proper training to understand it's usability professionally.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software help us in organising all of our day to day data and also manages information related to our bookings and services after we have installed airtable in our business, we have been able to manage all the finances and operational details better and even access old data just in few clicks in our system.

  ### 39. Effortless Data Linking and Automation—Airtable Transforms Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark T. | Design Engineer (Systems Integration Lead), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Unlike Excel, where data is just text in a cell, Airtable lets you link records. You can link a "Task" to a "Project" and a "Client," ensuring that if you update the client's name once, it updates everywhere across your entire system.

Powerful Automations: You can set up "if-this-then-that" rules without coding. For example: "When a checkbox is marked 'Done,' send a Slack message and email the client a PDF."

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Every Airtable plan has a hard limit on the number of rows (records) per base. On the Free plan, it's 1,000; even the paid "Team" plan ($20/mo) caps at 50,000. If you are tracking massive amounts of data, you will hit these limits quickly and the price will jump significantly.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Files are buried in email threads or scattered across Google Drive folders, making it hard to know which version of a document is final.

How Airtable Solves It: "Attachment" fields allow you to drop files (images, PDFs, CSVs) directly into a record.

The Benefit: Your data and your assets live together. If you're looking at a "Social Media Post" record, the actual image and the caption are right there in the same row.

  ### 40. Great Balance Between Form and Function

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable’s best feature is the way it strikes that hard balance between form and function. I love how it takes a platform I'm already quite familiar and comfortable using for advanced requests Sheets/Excel and combines it with database functions and automations that are not only powerful, but easy on the eyes. Airtable bases and interfaces are gorgeous. I'm a huge fan of color coding and Airtable's UI is quite pleasing to work with for extended periods of time. I love how easily you can link records between tables to create incredibly detailed and layered databases and eventually, more robust and comprehensive data analysis and reporting. The interfaces and formsa are also game-changers and a huge upgrade to my previous go-to -- Google Forms. The custom dashboards are great for presenting information to folks that aren't dealing with the day-to-day data entry/clean-up and/or aren't as data-oriented and jsut want to see the big picture. Plus, the automations are a game-changer, especially for repetitive tasks like sending updates or reminders. I use Airtable exclusively and it has completely elevated my working style and my career aspirations. Airtable is so intuitive that it's made data-driven

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

One of the things I dislike is the limited permissions system. It's incredibly rigid and there isn't really a cost-effective way to share databases with non-paid users who need to make quick edits 1-2x per year. Airtable would benefit from more features/access for non-paid users invited to a specific interface or base, especially for those managing sensitive or varied data. Another weakness is the lack of built-in customizable PDF exports. Right now, to generate a PDF in Airtable, you need third party apps that can be quite costly and aren't all that user friendly. (The over reliance on these apps is also frustrating because it defeats the purpose of having a "one-stop-shop" for data/project management needs.)This makes it quite difficult to generate professional-looking reports from the tables or interfaces. While Airtable has some basic charting options, it’s not built for deep data analysis. Additionally, as your base grows, performance can start to lag, especially if you’re managing a high volume of records with lots of complex formulas or linked tables. Lastly, some advanced functions, like certain types of automations or conditional logic within forms, still feel limited compared to a full-scale database system.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major issue that Airtable solves for me is how it smoothly merges the familiarity of spreadsheets with the functionality of a database, making it easy to create dynamic, layered systems that support complex project and data management. The platform’s intuitive, visually appealing interface and color-coded options keep it engaging to work with for extended periods, which is important in my line of work. Airtable has simplified data linking across tables, transforming what would have been multiple scattered documents, spreadsheet tabs, etc. into a single, cohesive system that I can also share. The custom interfaces and dashboards are perfect for presenting data to stakeholders who just want the highlights, while automations take care of routine tasks like reminders, freeing up my time for more strategic work. Overall, Airtable has not only streamlined my workflows but has also aligned with my career goals by inspiring and fostering my interest in data analysis in higher education administration.

  ### 41. Versatile Platform with Easy Setup and AI Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahek K. | Software Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like how Airtable seems to be a spreadsheet but acts as a database, giving multiple preview formats like charts. The learning curve is easy, and there's AI support for creation. I also appreciate that the free tier offers 1GB of attachment storage, which is sufficient for small businesses just starting out. The initial setup of Airtable was very easy, I would rate it 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The attachment limit is 1GB, which could be increased. I also faced a bit of difficulty in mobile view for the website I created to showcase the products.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to store and fetch data for projects like a mini catalog site. It acts as both a spreadsheet and database, with easy learning curve and AI support, helping small businesses showcase products easily.

  ### 42. Flexible No-Code Tool for Tracking Projects, Budgets, and Requests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence K. | Vice President, Marketing and Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is a very flexible, low code, no code tool. In my department we use it to track all of our projects, to track budget, and may other things. We have created forms that feed our project dashboard so requests that come in are tracked, assigned, and managed.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There are not too many things that I dislike about Airtable. While it is no code, low code, it does take a bit of learning to build out certain aspects and sometimes, we are not able to do what we think we should be able to do.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is a very flexible, low code, no code tool. In my department we use it to track all of our projects, to track budget, and may other things. We have created forms that feed our project dashboard so requests that come in are tracked, assigned, and managed.

  ### 43. Advanced Data Management Made Easy with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit K. | Finance Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

One of the most advanced and smartest data management tool that I have ever used. As we have been using airtable from last 3 years and the AI based features that it has to organise and hold data on its cloud storage is on next level it is quite simple and easy to add different type of data which is done through table and sheets and get detailed Analytics when needed.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

As earlier we used to do all the data storage and sheets maintenance on MS Excel but after we have started airtable the overall monthly cost of maintaining the software has also increased and the complex user interface is challenging for us to teach about it's usability to our new interns. This is a modern and feature packed platform.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling our business data is one of the biggest operational challenge that we face on a daily basis and airtable makes sure that each and every data of our company is being maintained properly and stored without any manual maintenance. This platform make sure that each and every document is safe and stored properly and can be acessesd when needed.

  ### 44. Airtable: Intuitive, Customizable Workflows We Rely on Daily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurel B. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

With AirTable, I genuinely feel like I can implement almost anything in our business. It starts as a blank slate, and from there you can shape the workflow to match your specific needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced coder, AirTable feels intuitive, and it does a great job of showcasing new features in a way that’s easy to understand.

I practically live in AirTable at our business—we use it every day for all of our operations. It also integrates with countless other platforms through third-party integration services, which makes it even more flexible. Whenever I run into an issue, I’m able to get quick support and troubleshooting from their team. AirTable has come a long way in the few short years I’ve been using it, and I’m excited to see what’s next.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

While AirTable is growing quickly, it sometimes feels like a product in progress. There are a few advanced features I’d like to see added, but I’m confident they’re on the horizon.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AirTable as our CRM. From quotes to scheduling, permitting, invoicing, inventory management, and more, it’s all handled in AirTable. The information integrates smoothly, which helps our different departments communicate clearly and work efficiently. AirTable also automates many of the tedious tasks, so we can spend more time on real problem-solving and strategy.

  ### 45. Simplest Way to Connect Spreadsheets with AI Agents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay C. | Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable UI is amazing and powerful. I can create databases and on top of database i can convert the columns into forms which is super convienent and easy.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I think they can work on the simplifying thier API key Generation sometimes it gets super confusing to find API keys

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help me organize the data beautifully with flexibility like Notion and simplicity like a spreadsheet. I like the nice UI to choose input types like email, attachment, etc., and also I can use Airtable API to connect with AI Agents, which helps me to use my data in Agent to take actions

  ### 46. User-Friendly and Intuitive Project Management with Powerful Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara Y. | Digital Campaigns Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I enjoy using AirTable as my project management system of choice. It stands out as my preferred platform because it is user-friendly, intuitive, and adapts well to my needs. The automations are not just impressive but also genuinely useful, allowing me to adjust to real-time changes in my organization's workflow with ease.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The software offers a wide range of integrations with email and instant messaging platforms, which is very useful. However, since our team relies on several different project management systems, I find myself wishing it could also connect with those. I know this might be a bit optimistic, but such integrations would make it even more valuable for our workflow.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirTable simplifies the process of launching and managing both short-term and long-term projects. It supports every stage, from client onboarding and regular check-ins to debriefs and finally offboarding once campaigns conclude for the quarter. I appreciate how it keeps all aspects organized, allowing me to easily see when a teammate is facing challenges or needs assistance. This helps make sure everyone remains aligned throughout the project.

  ### 47. Flexible Interface, Customizable Views

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I really like Airtable because of its flexibility. It combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the organizational features of a database, making it easy for different teams to adapt it to their work without needing technical expertise. The ability to have different views like grid, calendar, and more is incredibly helpful, and it makes the data useful for our teams. I also appreciate how Airtable allows linking records between tables, which helps manage and reduce duplicate data.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Yes. So there are few things in your tool that could definitely, have a chance of improvement. Where, first two is performance can slow down when bases become very large or can take heavy, automate automations and link reports. Also, managing permissions at very granular level can sometimes feel limiting for larger audience.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps solve the problem of scattered and unstructured data management. It allows us to publish interactive dashboards, customize views, manage workflows, and trigger automation, all of which improve organization and flexibility compared to traditional spreadsheets like Google Sheets.

  ### 48. Airtable: The Smartest Spreadsheet with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelam G. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is one of the smartest spreadsheet that I have ever used in my life. It looks like an MS Excel or Google sheet but has much more advanced features. You can not only just organise the data on this platform but also automate repetitive task with the help of Airtable

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There are two main disadvantages that I faced while using airtable in my business and the first one is that it is not compatible in mobile view and if you try to access it in mobile device then you can go for the desktop version and it will open but then the other problem is that there are lots of features that woynt show in the desktop version when accessed from a mobile

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software help us in assigning all of our staff regular work each and everyday and we are also able to track the percentage of work that they have completed every day so as a final result we are able to know what is the track record and monthly or weekly growth of our staffs through the digital board.

  ### 49. Quick and Easy Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mamdoh N. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It is solid and versatile. I have used it extensively left and right.
The UI is simple to grasp.
Interfaces has improved significantly over the years, allowing for custom presentation for different users.
Integrates perfectly with most automation tools, like Zapier, including its own built in automations.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Airtable has improved a lot over the years. This I would expand on are mobile application for interfaces, better syncing between bases (specifically imaging).

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have built an full Warehouse and order management on Airtable and it is holding up perfectly.
I've used it for projects big and small.

  ### 50. Streamlined Data Management with Airtable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin M. | Director of Customer Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like how each entry in Airtable can open up a summary of that entire row, and you can leave details or comments for anyone else on that entry. Using Airtable's forms makes it easier to add data directly to the spreadsheet without needing to rely on another tool like Zapier to connect it. Also, Airtable streamlines the process and has built-in tools to make entering data easier. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I could be missing it, but I think adding some charts could be a great visual addition.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable streamlines data entry and processes, making it easier than Google Sheets. I like that each entry opens a summary with comments, and its forms add data directly without needing Zapier.
