What do you like best about Airtable?

I love that I can add hundreds of articles, group them by title, and then add each source they've been published to (LinkedIn articles, Twitter moments, Medium, blog, Thrive, Forbes, etc). It makes managing client media so much easier, and I'm much less likely to accidentally republish a previously used article. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Sometimes when I go into client Airtables they have uploaded huge amounts of business data, but not organized it super well. That can make Airtable feel overwhelming instead of useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Airtable:

Definitely worth looking into, especially if you are managing a lot of client media, such as articles that need to be posted across a variety of mediums/channels/platforms. I love using the checklists and updating what pieces have been where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm solving the problem of juggling large amounts of client data and resources, and a huge benefit has been more streamlined processes, and being able to find information quickly (rather than hunting through spreadsheets or cloud services). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
