## Airtable Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible Alternative to Costly Systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I can build dynamic, automated workflows in Airtable that go far beyond what Excel or Google Sheets allow. It’s not just a spreadsheet; it’s a flexible system that combines databases, project management, and automation all in one place. We use the system in our daily tasks to manage leave of absence request. Customer Support is super easy to reach with questions if you have the Enterprise plan and implementation is super easy.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I dislike that Airtable allows third-party app creators to gatekeep certain features, instead of making those tools accessible to all users within the platform. All integrations aren't built the same, for example it's nearly impossible to integrate with Workday without a professional session with Airtable pros.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is helping us manage our workers compensation and leave of absence claims.

  ### 2. It's Excel and Trello on steroids: I love it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stéphanie K. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Air Table is versatile, it allows us to manage everything: strategic planning, marketing plan, social media, list of suppliers, schedules... everything!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It is necessary to change the paradigm and understand the logic behind the tool, which may take some time.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one place, which makes follow-up on everything so much easier. My whole team uses it and clients are onboard too because it is collaborative.

  ### 3. “Airtable: Smart, Simple, Powerful”

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manoj Kumar D. | Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. I love how easy it is to customize tables, link records, and build views for different workflows. The drag-and-drop interface, collaboration features, and automation tools make it incredibly efficient for managing projects and data without writing code.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

While Airtable is feature-rich, some advanced features like scripting, automations, and syncing are locked behind paid plans. Also, when managing very large datasets, performance can slightly lag. More powerful analytics and better mobile experience would make it even more complete.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps me centralize and organize complex data in a flexible, user-friendly way. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, disconnected task tools, and manual tracking with a single collaborative platform. Whether it's task management, project planning, or creating automated workflows, Airtable allows me to build custom solutions without writing code — saving time, reducing errors, and increasing visibility across teams.

  ### 4. Flexible system to support the core of our business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The flexibility of Airtable has allowed me to patch our operational system gap left by less flexible off the shelf saas products without having to use any developer resource.

It's easy to get up and running, and transferring data in with csv is a great option. I now use this daily to run key aspects of our companies operations.

I also like the slack integration to keep our team engaged with what is happening in the company.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I'd really like some backup options, at the moment if we were to lose the data in Airtable that would be have quite an impact on us and I'm having to manually download every table of data at the moment for backup.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to plug operational system gaps. It means that everything we are doing is systemised and traceable, reducing mistakes and improving company-level productivity.

  ### 5. A user friendly tool for managing data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranay P. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like that Airtable feels like a mix of Excel and a database. It’s easy to set up, looks clean, and makes it simple to organize projects in different views like grid or kanban.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Some features are only on paid plans which feels limiting, and the mobile app isn’t as smooth as desktop.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep everything organized in one place. I don’t have to juggle between spreadsheets and notes. Easy to track tasks, manage projects, and share with others, which saves time and keeps things clear.

  ### 6. Straightforward and Easy to Use with Clear Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad N. | HVAC project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It's straight forward and easy to use, the documentation is easy to follow

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Nothing to be honest, i have no complaints

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The API for my mobile application, i needed something to use for POST API call and get to see the result.
All the answers saved i can get it as csv file too.

  ### 7. Great tool for no-coders to store data easily, organize, and even build simple internal apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It’s super easy to use—even if you don’t come from a tech or database background. I love how I can structure data the way I want, link things together, and then view it in different ways like kanban, calendar, gallery, etc. It’s helped me stay way more organized across different projects, and the ability to share with teammates or collaborators is really smooth. Also, turning a base into a mini internal tool with interfaces is such a cool bonus.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The pricing can feel a bit high, especially if you need access to more advanced features or higher record limits. Still worth it for the time it saves me, but I do wish the plans were a bit more flexible.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m building a no-code two-sided platform using Softr and Airtable, and Airtable basically acts as the brain of the whole thing. I don’t have a tech background, but I’m able to store and manage all the data—users, listings, workflows—without needing to understand traditional databases or write any code. It’s made the whole process so much more accessible and has saved me from hiring a developer just to set up a backend.

  ### 8. A great task management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arjun H. | Graphic designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

We use Airtable primarly to allocate and schedule tasks for each team member. It has a lot of customisable options and features that helps us prioritise and work on tasks that requires the most importance. It makes the team workflow much more efficient with collabrative tools and integration into slack which is our preferred mode of communication in our team. We use it on a daily basis

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Considering our current workflow, there are no downsides in using this software.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With countless number of tasks and alternating deadlines, using airtable brings in a structure and order that is invaluable for a company. Allocating indiviudal and team tasks correctly to the right people is easy with Airtable. Working has been so much more efficient with this software.

  ### 9. All-in-One Convenience, But Folder Organization Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyra F. | X-Ray Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

automating our reporting system and having a centralized reference point for all employees

  ### 10. Quick Responses Make Studies Easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gursehaj S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I like that Airtable replies within seconds, which is really helpful. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, it was ultra easy. I use the AI feature in it for solving math questions and other study-related tasks.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I don't like that it doesn't reply when it's needed. Just make every reply fast, not just a few replies.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable for solving math questions and social studies questions with AI, which enhances my studies.

  ### 11. A Promising Concept

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose A. | Scouting Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The best thing about Airtable is its user interface. I can use it on desktop, or my phone for on the go job duties. It is compact and I do enjoy its functionality, however, it can be improved.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I really dislike the new logo. All black looks bad for an app designed for workers, it reminds me of how bleak work can be in our day to day.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is solving my biggest headache of keeping my team’s workflow in one centralized location. With Airtable, we can now work in real time and integrate the system with our Slack team.

  ### 12. Effortless App Creation with Airtable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jitendra S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I built a small but effective app for my college project with Airtable. It's really easy to use, and I was able to build an app exactly how I wanted with the embedded AI feature. The initial setup was quite easy, to be honest. I think it's perfect.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Nothing

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to build small but effective apps for college projects. It's really easy to use, and I appreciate the embedded AI which helped me create the app exactly how I wanted.

  ### 13. Best Tool for Building MVPs and Internal Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Best tool to create MVP and internal tools

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Easy to use, integrations and free online content

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not the best for comercial use solutions and it has some limits on the plans that may block your work.

  ### 14. Overall Great Product, can definitely make some improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mordechai P. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is simple on the surface but crazy powerful. We have been able to build great things with it.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Because it is so powerful, simple uses grow and grow. Airtable can do it but things get messy. Airtable needs to provide more tools to organize the database. Being able to vertically separate sections of fields and even collapse those sections would be a good start. The interfaces are nice but permissions are too limited. Finally, their non-profit discounts is a nice idea and I suspect helps many, however the rules to qualifying exclude many. I asked the company about that policy twice and never received a reply. Also, other companies are much better at sharing their feature request list and soliciting feedback for the roadmap. Airtable does nothing like that to the best of my knowledge.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are actually not using it for product management but student and school management. Airtable is super flexible, allows us to create whatever we want. The you can create any view with filters, grouping etc. We use automations extensively.

  ### 15. From disparate lists to interconnected insights, Airtable finally clicks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leopold G. | No-Code Solutions Architect, Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The best thing about Airtable is that it has incredible graphics in dealing with diverse content. We store a massive collection of course information which consists of video clips lesson outlines quiz banks and image resources. Airtable can hold all these different variety of files automatically with the results that have the same records and then present them cohesively in gallery or calendar forms. It implies that we do not experience the need to tie external folders to rows of spreadsheets anymore.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Other times the initial configuration of certain automation chains feels less natural than I would prefer. Even simple workflows require a certain time to understand the exact logic required to perform more complex workflows without prior experience in similar tools. Along the same lines we can also be a little clunky to generate a truly custom print ready report directly off our base. We tend to take the data and then out them on a different program where we finally format it and then print it out.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our greatest challenge was organizing all our digital asset and their progression in all our hundreds of online modules before Airtable. The files were all over the place on different cloud drives, email attachments and among the desktops of individual team members. Given that we began working with Airtable we have one unified platform on each of our contents. We save so much time on seeking the right version of a video or a lesson plan to apply and utilize it instead in the development and improvement of our education programs.

  ### 16. Our go to organization software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna F. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

My entire e-commerce and marketing team love Airtable, it's truly instrumental in keeping our departments organized between all of the projects we have going on, and being able to communicate milestones to ownership. I love that it's very visual for the marketing side of things, being able to organize deliverables and assets is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Sometimes it's hard to manipulate what I want it to do but it just takes finicking with.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of projects and prioritization of what gets done first. Helping communicate all that my department is accomplishing to ownership in an easy to digest wy.

  ### 17. Great for organizing content projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Berenika T. | Cntent Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Probably my favorite platform for organizing content and keeping our "inventory" and projects on track. Easy to implement and use daily.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Nothing really, I feel like I might not be using it to its full potential though.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to manage content end-to-end: from ideas and planning to execution and inventory.

  ### 18. Significant time saver when building apps that require data curation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete C. | Senior Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

When building our app that required an easy ability to capture data on public forms, Airtable was our preferred solution by far! Its seamless ability to capture, curate, and integrate that data into our backend code was an enormous accelerant to our development cycles.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There wasn't much to dislike. All in all, Airtable was exactly what we needed to get started, and we continue to use it today.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary reason we chose Airtable was to curate a list of Q&A which professional services organizations would use to generate proposals for clients. Or, in our case, automatically generate these proposals/contracts.

  ### 19. Flexible, Well-Integrated, and Great Pricing Tiers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Flexibility, integrations, pricing tiers

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Adding seats is way too expensive so for teams it could become quite expensive

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s the backend system for my startup and we also use it as a CRM

  ### 20. Implementation Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The user interface is straightforward, and the setup process is simple. This makes it very beginner-friendly. The AI assistant is particularly helpful—it can generate fields for you if you provide a list, and you can even upload a PDF to its AI model. Just specify the data types for the fields, and the AI takes care of the rest. If you’re not satisfied with the results, you can easily reverse the changes.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The knowledge resource library would be much more helpful if it included video clips, as this would make it easier to understand the features and apply them in different scenarios.

When creating and testing flows, I noticed that the system tends to stick to previous test records, which makes automation testing less effective. It would be better if we could test flows on multiple records at once, rather than being limited to a single record each time.

Additionally, there should be pre-built report types available for every table, provided as templates that can be configured. This way, we could use these templates as a starting point, adjust them as needed, and then apply the customized templates for our specific purposes.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client, a non-profit organization, relies on Airtable as the central hub for their entire workflow. They gather potential leads using a form, record donor information in Airtable, and oversee the complete implementation process within the platform. Before switching to Airtable, they used a system built around Google Forms and Google Sheets, but have since made the transition to Airtable.

  ### 21. Great for managing recipes, ingredients, and costs in a small food business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It’s super intuitive and easy to use—even without any tech background. I’ve been able to build a clean, flexible system to manage everything from ingredients to recipes, all in one place. It’s like a smarter spreadsheet that actually makes sense for real operations.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It can get a little expensive if you’re a small business needing more records or advanced features. Would be great if there were more pricing options for solo founders or small teams.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airtable to manage all the data for my food manufacturing business. It helps me keep track of every ingredient, recipe, cost per batch, and even supplier details. I can monitor quality and stay on top of production costs, which is essential for staying profitable and consistent. It’s made running the backend of my bakery so much smoother and more professional—without needing a developer or custom software.

  ### 22. Intuitive and Easy-to-Use Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It is intuitive and easy to navigate through the interface.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It can be difficult to work with a large amount of data as it may load slowly at times.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with tracking project deliverables, timelines and stakeholder feedback all in one place. It has been a tremendous help in storing and managing project details in folders accessible for different team members.

  ### 23. Airtable for archives

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I have found Airtable's interface to be very user-friendly. It has a powerful structure to take in and share out data in various formats. I like the different interfaces you can build off of 1 table. I appreciate the ability to have people fill out forms that load data into the tables without having to have a license for each individual who is filling out a form. Super easy to change data types, labels, and most everything in Airtable, but I also appreciate the warnings it gives if you're about to impact data in a different, linked base.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

We're still trying to figure out how best to link data between tables and bases. The other main challenge we have is figuring out what the primary key field should contain so that it is a unique id.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Airtable for a film digitization project. We have bases that track inventory, metadata, digitization, quality control, assets, and more. It allows us to craft forms that students can fill out to populate the bases' tables as they do the work. It also allows us to track progress and provides us with data we can share with stakeholders.

  ### 24. Incredibly versatile, Completely Indispensable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason S. | Senior Manager, Design Systems & Enablement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is an amazingly versatile tool, and it brings the power of relational databases into both technical and non-technical users hands. I have many favorite things about Airtable, but for the purpose of this review, I will admit it to just two: automations, and linked records.

Linked records are perhaps the most important feature of Airtable. They are the backbone of a relational database, and the execution that Airtable employs is the best that I've seen for a consumer-facing product. It makes the process of keeping your data together, and related, simple, and easy. And then, once your data is linked, it opens up a whole world of possibilities with things like roll ups and look ups. It's an amazing feature.

Automations are close second. This functionality in the air table effectively brings your app to life, and makes it a real, living, breathing application. It allows you to make your app behave according to rules that you define, and allows your data to interact with other apps and services outside of Airtable. Automations can serve as the bridge between your data and external apps, making it even more useful.

I highly recommend Airtable for people who want to have a single source of truth for their collected data.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There are many, many things that I like about Airtable, and only a few that I don't. When you become an Airtable power user, you start to notice the limitations of some of the core functions of Airtable. For example, while the formula field is one of the most powerful in the app, the formulas that you can use in it are somewhat limited, especially compared to something like Microsoft Excel.

Further, there seem to be some arbitrary limitations built into Airtable that just don't make any sense to the end user. For example, in automations, you can currently only use a repeating block or a conditional block and not both. This makes no sense to me, and I wish that you could use them in combination with each other, which would make the whole application even more powerful.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves a number of problems for our organization, but perhaps the most significant is having an easy to use and accessible source of truth for critical data that is used by multiple parties in our organization. While there are many ways to centralized data, Airtable makes it really easy to get that data to other downstream parties in a way that makes sense in their workflow.

  ### 25. Great for Project Organization, But Takes Time to Master

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

In my opinion, Airtable excels at organizing projects, both for personal project management and for teams. It not only helps individuals keep their work structured, but also allows teams to stay informed about what others are working on, ensuring everything remains well organized.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

In my experience, Airtable has a learning curve and it can take some time to get comfortable with all its features. Additionally, I feel that the mobile app could use some improvements to enhance its functionality.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps us keep all our tasks and projects organized in a single location, making it easy for individuals to monitor their own progress while also promoting transparency within the team.

  ### 26. Great App Datastore and Source for Some App Development Depending on Your Workload

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nyland S. | Peacock Streaming Video Operations II / Airtable Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is an excellent data store that combines spreadsheet simplicity with app-like functionality, making it highly flexible for a variety of use cases. Its ability to integrate automations both within the platform and with third-party services greatly expands its versatility for different workflows. I find Interfaces especially useful for building dashboards that colleagues can interact with or edit, depending on permissions you set. One of my favorite features is Airtable’s robust API, which allows me to easily augment and manipulate data through code. I also love the automations feature, which enables me to trigger actions immediately based on form submissions, record updates, or scheduled intervals.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

However, Airtable may not be the best fit for projects involving large datasets, as record limits can become a bottleneck depending on your needs. I wish there was an option for email alerts when automation run limits are reached, ideally with the ability to notify specific stakeholders, rather than relying solely on the dashboard. When working with the API, the need to pause between data operations due to batching limitations can also slow down processes; sending, updating, and retrieving more records at once would be a huge improvement. Additionally, I wish automations offered a native option to delete records directly, instead of requiring workarounds like scripts or API calls. Finally, the current way Airtable handles automation errors could use some fine-tuning; what would be great is a dashboard with visibility into failed runs—like a grid view showing the time of failure, verbose error logs, automation trigger sources, and mass re-run capabilities—would make troubleshooting much easier.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At one job, Airtable serves as the primary source of truth for managing a community of industry professionals. I use it to store and organize detailed information about community members, and have built automations and agents that facilitate meaningful connections between them, streamlining a process that would otherwise require manual matching and outreach.

In another role, I use Airtable as the core database for managing marketing campaigns. The platform’s Interfaces feature has been especially valuable, allowing team members to easily report on outreach replies and feedback without overwhelming them with backend complexity. With the addition of AI and automation tools, we've begun to automate much of the reporting and data management process, turning Airtable into a centralized hub that drives faster insights and decision-making.

For a high-profile client, Airtable acts as the source of truth for their video platform operations. We use it not only as a structured database but also as an interactive dashboard, enabling the team to manage content easily and send notifications to other platforms like Slack or email. This setup has provided a flexible, scalable way to track updates and trigger communications without needing to build a custom internal system from scratch.

  ### 27. Transforming Team Collaboration with Airtable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak R. | Technical Team Lead, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I like best about Airtable is its perfect blend of spreadsheet simplicity with database power. The intuitive interface, customizable views, and seamless integrations make it incredibly versatile for managing everything from simple task lists to complex project workflows.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

What I dislike about Airtable is that its advanced features—like syncing, automations, and higher storage—are locked behind pricey plans. It can also become overwhelming to manage as data complexity grows, especially without proper structure.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps me organize and centralize scattered data, replacing multiple tools like spreadsheets, project trackers, and forms. It streamlines collaboration and improves workflow visibility, saving time and reducing errors in daily operations.

  ### 28. Great platform for building your business operations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedram R. | Software Engineer and Network Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable has done a ton of work to make a seamless platform to build your business needs. The data tab gives you full scope access to a relational database, in a familiar spreadsheet like interface to start. You can use it as simply or as complex as you need to. With the automations tab you can build out business processes and with the interface tab you can create full on business applications for your team.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The customer facing elements could use some improvement. Forms are the simple way of getting input from third parties but are limited in capability and logic - you need to use something along the lines of Fulfill to bridge the gap.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building operational workflows on top of our data.

  ### 29. User-Friendly Interface with Excellent Custom Field Types in Airtable

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

User friendly interface and customised field types which is best service of airtable

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Record limit every limit has hard limit on record per base and also to work upon latency /reliability

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid customisation and seamless connectivity it integrate with apps like zapier, letting to trigger apps like google drive and slack

  ### 30. A Way to Organize Information into a Usable Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe L. | Development Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It is a great way to organize all of the information you have into a usable management system.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Nothing so far other than some automations break for unimportant reasons.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to have one place to access donor information.

  ### 31. Finally seeing how all the project pieces connect easily thanks to Airtable links

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danuta M. | Growth marketing manager, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I like best about Airtable is definitely its incredible flexibility combined with the database structure – it's way more powerful than a spreadsheet. You can create custom field types like checkboxes, attachments, linked records, and dates, which makes organizing any kind of information super visual and practical. I also love the different views; being able to instantly switch from a grid view to a calendar, Kanban board, or gallery view for the same data set is a game-changer for project management and content planning. Linking records between tables means everything is connected, like linking client contacts to all their projects.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

What I dislike about Airtable is that the cost can escalate quite a bit as you add more users or need features from higher tiers, making it pricey for smaller teams or individuals needing more than the basics. For simple list-making, it can sometimes feel like overkill and maybe a bit complicated initially if you just need a quick note or checklist. While powerful, getting into the nuances of automations or complex formulas has a steeper learning curve than I'd like sometimes.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is fantastic at solving the problem of scattered, disconnected information living in separate spreadsheets, docs, and emails. Before Airtable, I’d have one sheet for tasks, another for contacts, a document for project details, and emails for feedback – managing everything felt like juggling. Now, Airtable brings all that related information into one dynamic, connected system. It benefits me by giving a single source of truth, allowing me to see dependencies, track progress across different projects easily, and significantly reduces manual updates and the risk of things falling through the cracks.

  ### 32. Excel on steroids with amazing developer experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devesh M. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The ability to use a database easily by both technical and non technical people. It has helped tremendously to communicate ideas clearly between me and my non technical colleagues to understand data and visualize it easily.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It is an amazing tool for MVPs, quick iteration over products or easy communication between tech and non-tech people but for me as we go for advanced use cases i would prefer other advanced solutions instead of Airtable

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Airtable's ease of use, integration and being able to be edited both visually and programmatically allowing both technical and non-technical people to use it has been the major advantage in using it.

2. As startup people, it helped us in focusing more on our idea rather than implementation. Because of it's excel like structure, it's extremely easy for us to iterate and test ideas quickly.

3. For vibe coding Airtable is the best database one can use, not only the docs are easy to understand but almost every LLM out there has great knowledge about it resulting in very smooth experience while building apps using vibe coding.

  ### 33. Effortless Database Creation for Reliable Results

  ### 34. Up to speed in a short time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer D. | Chief of Staff, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I joined my current company in May of 2024. This is a small business that runs large scale events and uses Airtable to keep track of all event details. By July of 2024 (merely a month and a half after starting), I was fully functioning as an Administrator and User of Airtable. I use Airtable every day to track progress on our events, build and monitor budgets, take in guest, volunteer and staff data, and so much more. In addition, the Airtable resources and training tools have helped me to get up to speed, and when I need to learn something new, or want to know if I can do something outside of the box, it is really easy to find answers.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I have enjoyed the periodic webinars that share new features, but sometimes the features are not fully helpful. Most recently I attended a webinar on the AI Assistant. The hype was so exciting, but when I started to use it, I found it to be quite daunting and not fully functioning as the webinar showcased. I hope these features will improve soon because the concepts/ideas are great! I have a very specific use case that I am hoping it will help me build in the future!

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here are the main areas that I use Airtable for. Without these functions I would have to use excel or google sheets, which both have far less functionality and does not update in real time for the rest of my team, like Airtable does. Event Management (We run a three day festival that hosts approximately 20,000 people). Using Airtable I can track year over year ticket types and prices; build my vendor and volunteer applications and accept them, monitor them, etc.; I can plan/monitor my Marketing Campaigns for the full year; I can track all operations and suppliers in one base; I can evaluate potential partners and dollars coming in to run the event; I can track sales and build tables and charts using extensions; I can keep track of staff; I can monitor my budget; and so much more. I can then replicate these bases for additional events we host throughout the year. It simplifies the project management/event planning processes!

  ### 35. A tool for herding creatives (in the best way)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Senior Design Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Once I was able to understand how Airtable is able to take simple data, and then filter it into views of information that can tell you insightful stuff: like, how many projects a designer has at any given time, how much time is being wasted on edits, how many projects actually help us hit our goal - it became a game changer. Customizing the data to show you what you need to know is pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I'm still trying to get the hang of building and using Interfaces. It's a little hard when I don't have tons of time to just sit and experiment until I get something right. More templates for various job roles (like a multimedia creative director - hint, hint) would be awesome.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us document subject matter expertise, process, current workload, resource allocation and project timelines, as well as tracking expenses that pertain to outsourcing services.

  ### 36. Powerful, intuitive — but still needs some very basic functions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc F. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable allows you to create workflows and organize data the way you want for your project. I use it to manage teams, contacts and raw data, like notes, for television production. It's so great to not have to mash up several different cloud apps (like Google + Office 365 + whatever that new hire happens to have installed). This is truly an all-in-one platform with so many features that I haven't even scratched the surface after months of usage.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Exporting data can be cumbersome and not intuitive. The mobile app needs some love, as it takes a lot of taps to get to the data/tables you use most often — let me favorite tables! And most of all, the inability to merge fields is a huge blind spot.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, the way that Airtable allows for guardrails for how data should be organized is the main reason it's great for my teams. In TV production, people don't often come with a technical or management background. As a result, organizing documents and data can just get messy real fast based on old and bad habits. Being able to create structure in minutes sets the stage for organization and success.

  ### 37. Excel on steroids, but not the most robust

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin I. | Senior Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtables great for data tracking, recording, and it has an awesome UI. Its simple and easy to learn, its automations are powerful and can do so much. My favorite thing about it would be the linking of tables because it allows for lookup fields which helps segment data so well.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Downsides are few but they're there. One issue for me is how some automatons can't pull from certain fields. Often I'll have to create a new formula field that's just '={field]' for the automation to be pointed at in order for it to work. automations also can't delete records, which would be helpful. We try to use Airtable as a pseudo BI interface, but when we're storing data for a record for a particular date, it boxes us into that date. We can try to aggregate that info in other formula columns, but that makes it hard to filter for non-advanced users. I know the data is static but if there was a way to add some level of dynamic to it based on a date field or a specified user input, that would be incredible.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem was that we we're selling a ton of products with no live catalog, everything was living in various excel sheets. Airtable gave us a collaborative platform where every team could log their data and share it across tables. This central location has allowed us to further automate and collaborate on various workflows to increase efficiency and better optimize how we work.

  ### 38. A luxurious walled garden

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan L. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

If I’m curious about a topic or have an idea I want to explore, the first place I go is Airtable. I’m not a data scientist—I work in marketing—Airtable strikes the perfect balance of accessibility, flexibility, and power for my role. I’ve used it to spin up everything from proof-of-concept projects to public, production-ready tools in under a week.

Airtable excels at managing structured data, enabling workflow automation, and offering intuitive visualizations—in a way I haven’t encountered with other tools in this space. It empowers non-technical users like me to build powerful solutions without needing a developer.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Sharing interfaces, views, or forms with coworkers who don’t have an Airtable account is frustrating. I understand the business model behind gating these features, but it creates a barrier to entry that many of my colleagues aren’t willing to cross.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable fills a critical gap in developer resources on my team. It allows me to quickly validate ideas before committing time or technical resources. I also use it for internal dashboarding and lightweight data management, which keeps projects moving without bottlenecks.

  ### 39. Airtable is an essential, couldn't-do-my-job-without-it tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad S. | Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The relational database. The ability to create relationships between multiple data sets in either the same table or another table in my base is what makes Airtable the essential tool that it is for my work as a video editor and asset manager. Before Airtable the question "how many videos do you have which mentions x, y, or z" would take me a full business day to answer. With Airtable it can take seconds. I also love Interfaces. I work with many colleagues who are not video professionals and need visual aids to help them understand video analytics, engagement data, the production process. The easy-to-create visuals available through Interfaces and made me a hero in more than one meeting. Speaking of easy, Airtable is incredibly intuitive and easy to use and feature packed. There's never been something I've wanted to do with my data that Airtable couldn't achieve and achieve easily. I should also mention that I use Airtable every day at work to map out production schedules and manage asset libraries.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The mobile app. I've been waiting for years for it to become useful and include a thoughtful design, and it hasn't changed since I started using Airtable in 2018. A lot of white, useless space. I'm also not a fan of how Airtable is implementing AI with "AI tokens." They make me afraid to use the AI features in Airtable for fear I'll exhaust my team's tokens, cost us more money, etc. So, I don't use them. I wish AI was just included in plans and not made available via an awkward, convoluted Add On.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable is solving the problem of how to keep track of all the videos my team has produced, who collaborated on the videos, who provided voice over for all videos, what production tools were used for each video, and where have we published or hosted each of our videos. Before I started using Airtable this information lived in multiple, messy, impossible to interpret spreadsheets. It would take hours if not an entire day to answer simple questions about our video content—like "how many videos has so and so provided voice over for us? Airtable also solves the problem of how to create a production schedule for our videos which is directly connected into our asset manager. I use a List view and a Calendar view to create a production schedule for video updates and new videos which all lives in the same base as all our assets. I can see what videos are live right alongside which videos are scheduled and in production. Everything. All in one place.

  ### 40. I really enjoy Airtable!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace M. | Acquisitions and Production Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable makes it easy to keep information in one place, update it in real time, collaborate with team members, and organize and track projects in an efficient way. Airtable has many resources for support or to help navigate the system.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Because Airtable seems specifically designed to suit certain kinds of businesses (like consulting or wealth management, etc - companies that use it mainly to serve the purpose of keeping track of projects that differ based on clients), it makes it a bit difficult to adapt to a different company workstyle. For us, we are also project tracking, but working in the business of film distribution, so the projects we are tracking are films. I wish Airtable was just a little bit more flexible. That being said, we do still use it and love it - there are just times when I don't feel the platform is geared towards versatility.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to solve the problem of having too much information in too many places -- consolidating it into one database that is collaborative and easy to update. It helps our team be more efficient and organized!

  ### 41. Great product with wonderful services and community!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil K. | Manager, Global Titling Localization Strategy and Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

In simple terms, Airtable is like Excel on steroids. It can accomplish many tasks you can imagine. The combination of automation with formula or template features is powerful and can greatly enhance project management. Utilizing these features makes project management efficient and minimizes risks.
The customer support and ease of Integration are also beauty in the system. I love Airtable's customer services, they are really friendly and have a lot of knowledge about their softwares.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

When using the automation feature to create data, errors can occur with synced Airtable bases. This happens because the automation triggers too quickly, only allowing partial data creation (or copy/paste). While conditional logic can provide a workaround, a simpler solution would be ideal.
Additionally, I hope there are advanced courses and training available to learn all the features of Airtable.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management with multiple data and communicate with internal stakeholders. Time management using its features.

  ### 42. Versatile and useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is a versatile and user-friendly tool that continues to improve with new features. I really like how flexible it is—there are so many ways to use it, from simple tracking to more complex workflows. The new features, like portals and expanded interface sharing, make it even more useful. It's great that people outside your organization, or those without a paid license, can still view interfaces and collaborate. Overall, it's a solid platform that keeps getting better.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

There isn’t much I dislike, but sometimes it can get a bit tricky managing permissions across bases and interfaces—especially with larger teams. Also, some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting depending on your use case. But overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps us centralize our data and streamline workflows by allowing different tables—and even data across workspaces—to be linked together. This reduces duplicate inputs, keeps information consistent, and makes collaboration much more efficient. It’s been a great way to bring structure to our processes without needing complex systems.

  ### 43. Great for project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose S. | Director of Community Engagement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I have found Airtable to be very useful for project management and data tracking. I really like the dashboard summaries and ability to easily create graphics using the data. I also like the automations, such as sending an email as an alert when a form is submitted. Airtable has become an integral part of my team's work and I value it greatly!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It's harder to run complex queries/summaries on numerical data across the database than using a traditional spreadsheet system such as Excel or Google Sheets.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that Airtable is solving for us include: tracking and communicating project deadlines across a large group of people, storing data pertaining to specific projects over time, summarizing that data for impact metric tracking. The benefit of using Airtable is that it includes all of these features and we do not have to use separate systems to track data, communicate data, and summarize data - it's all in one place with Airtable.

  ### 44. Its a great software that allows you to create and as you need and use your info

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conrad G. | Business owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

The flexibily of being able to see the data in different formats .

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

It can easily get confusing when the team uses the views created then click the see all data tab which opens a floodgate of information. I see my team doing so even when i lock views for the team. Also I don't kike that for each add on its for the entire team . In my application I have 2 fold manipulating the data as creators. I would love to do th add on for just these two however - billing would be for everyone. This make the add- on a total waste of money.. Wish that would change. Billing by teir may make sense for someone in this situation.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A central place to work. My application is that of a broker. We need to keep track of vendors, customers; third party service providers and many other pieces of information. Each segment needs to be tracked in different ways and we needa way to link all the parties together on each individual contract. Airtable is the best way to do this so far

  ### 45. Airtable is amazing in every way!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela M. | Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I love that it seems like the possibilities are endless. I can received, send, manipulate, and store data in ways that I haven't been able to with any other product. It also makes it really easy to share views with others. I use Airtable every single day!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I wish forms could gather information and distribute that information into multiple tables in the base. I would also like the ability to copy/paste from something like a spreadsheet into form fields. And - even though I use Airtable a ton, I'm a bit of a novice so the formulas are way more tricky than I would like them to be.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable allows me to condense all my information into one place and then share that via views with others in my organization. It's essentially my CRM, Time sheet for contractors, and way to plan and organize my events. It's benefiting me by being in one place and easily being able to share data.

  ### 46. Excellent custom database for small Non-Profits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna H. | Records and Database Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

I really appreciate that Airtable does not require any in-depth tech knowledge or experience in order to create a custom database. My background is in the humanities but I was able to create and implement a fully-functional CRM database for my organization with only a few days of effort. My team and I found it easy to use right from the get-go so implementation was painless. If I ever encounter any issues (which is very rare), Airtable support is quick to assist with helpful suggestions. My organization uses it to track our grantmaking, relationships with individuals and organizations, our meetings/projects, and media. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

I can't think of anything I would change about Airtable at the moment.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a CRM that was low-cost to implement and also tracked grants, projects, media-mentions and meetings. It was impossible to find this software ready-made so we opted to create our own database with Airtable. Now, our organization can easily track all of these instances and more. We have a clearer view of our relationships with other organizations and individuals and can track our grants with ease.

  ### 47. Moved our Team from spreadsheets & file folders to the future!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney V. | Licensing Royalty & Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

We have tried a lot of organization methods for our workflow as a Publishing and Rights management team, but NOTHING has worked nearly as well as Airtable. It has such an easy interface that accommodates & includes members of our team who are less tech-inclined, but has so much depth that our more technical members can really customize it to fit our needs and expand our efficacy as a team. I have loved being able to create personalized views with unique structure to quickly display data in meetings. We started using Airtable for only specific projects, but have quickly expanded use to each of our daily tasks, including financial records, payment processing, collaboration with other teams within our company, and more. Also, they made the transition / onboarding of our data from Google Sheets / Excel so seamless! You could ask any member of our team and they would say Airtable has given us a platform to really expand the reach of our small team.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The form feature does not offer much room for customization and has pretty limited options for data collection. I would love to see this expand in the future, specifically the ability to submit multiple line items in one entry, or the ability to pre-fill portions of the form per guest (i.e. Publisher enters Account name & can see their licensed titles or open invoices).

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable has given us a platform for a unified data "source-of-truth" across different departments. Specifically with managing our team's contacts, term negotiation updates, and the statuses of the hundreds of projects that come through our department each week. Also, it has helped us exponentially increase our professionalism & best practices with Accounts Receivable. We would LOVE to see Airtable offer an integration with Bill.com.

  ### 48. Manages info—plus the ability to customize exactly how you view and calculate your data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara S. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

What I liked most about Airtable was how it combined the flexibility to organize different kinds of content with the power to run complex calculations, all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

The only downside is that sharing the information can be a bit tricky—especially for people who haven’t used Airtable before, as there’s a bit of a learning curve for them to navigate and view the data easily.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable solves the problem of scattered, hard-to-track information by giving me one flexible, searchable workspace that also automates my calculations and works across completely different types of projects.

  ### 49. Phenomenal Performance and Flawless Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay H. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

It is great for what it is and it gets the job done in a phenomal way

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Nothing at all at the moment - seems to have no bugs.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Replaces spreadsheets that don’t scale
Spreadsheets break once you need automation, permissions, relationships, or real collaboration. Airtable keeps the simplicity of a spreadsheet but adds structure, logic, and reliability.

  ### 50. Keeps Our Global Marketing Team Organized and Moving Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Airtable?**

Airtable is our team’s go-to tool for managing everything from campaign workflows and editorial calendars to event planning and intake requests from other departments. It keeps our entire global marketing team on the same page and gives us a clear view of everyone's workload. The ability to customize views per person is a huge plus, and we love the email automations that keep both our team and other stakeholders updated without manual follow-ups. We use it daily, review it weekly, and honestly can’t imagine running our outbound marketing engine without it. It’s easy to use, flexible, and powerful without being overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Airtable?**

Not a lot to complain about, honestly. If anything, once a base is fully built out—with tables, automations, linked records, etc.—it can be hard to restructure it if your needs evolve. You often end up starting fresh with a new base if you want a cleaner setup. But to be fair, that’s kind of expected with a tool that’s this customizable.

**What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Airtable helps us manage a high volume of marketing campaigns, content, events, and cross-functional requests in one centralized place. Before Airtable, we had information scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and slide decks, which made it hard to track ownership, status, and priorities—especially across a global team.

Now we have a single source of truth for everything. It helps us stay organized, streamline approvals, and respond faster to internal requests. The visibility it gives us into workloads and deadlines has been a big boost for planning and resource management. It’s also made our weekly team syncs much more productive because we’re all working off the same, real-time data.
