What do you like best about Airtable?

Airtable brings the power of relational databases to builders who are not software engineers by trade. It allows a wide range of users to build custom apps and run their everyday workflows much more easily and efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

The mobile app could use some improvement, to better match the desktop and browser experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable allows me to build custom business solutions for my consultancy clients, including invoicing, project management, HR and sales. I've been able to build seamless integrations with Google Calendar, Fireflies, Zapier, DocsAutomator and Gmail to extend the core relational database functionality, to essentially create a single tool that runs most of my clients' operations.

Bespoke software solutions like the ones I've built using Airtable used to take an entire engineering team weeks or months to build, but can now be created in a matter of hours, at a fraction of the cost.

Throw in Airtable's powerful AI Field Agents and you have a centralized system that is fast, reliable, scalable and, most importantly, user friendly. I've been using Airtable for the past 6+ years and have never had to contact support, thanks mainly to the self-service reference documentation, and more recently the certified courses available through Airtable Academy.
