Airtable has been a key tool for our company. Its basics make the building of our ERP very lean (unique data layer, direct sync with shared interfaces, experience based on the collaborator role). Automations are of course a must for our organization now and remain very limited in cost, compared to the value they provide, including when it uses AI capacities. Support have always been quite reactive and helpful (expect one or two occurrences that seemed to be linked to my interlocutor). And finally their constant progress in communication and features make it up-to-date regarding the state-of-the-art and relieves us from benchmarking for migrations, more performing tool set.
