"Easy Low-Code AI with Strong Governance and Multi-Tenancy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Airia?

One of the key strengths of the platform is its ease of use, allowing business users to build and manage AI use cases without requiring technical expertise, through low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted development capabilities.

It also lets you deploy use cases across multiple channels, such as Microsoft Teams and web chat plugins, making AI solutions more accessible to end users.

From a management perspective, the platform makes it easy to allocate budgets to individual use cases, monitor performance, allowing us to monitor response times, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize the performance of individual use cases. track adoption levels, and manage costs effectively.

Our experience with the on-premises deployment has also been very positive. Despite the complexity of our infrastructure and requirements as a government IT service provider, the deployment process was smooth, and the team was highly supportive and responsive throughout.

Another major advantage for us is the platform's multi-tenancy capability, which allows us to serve multiple government entities across Sharjah through a centralized platform while maintaining appropriate separation and control. This gives us the ability to centrally manage governance, security, and FinOps, while enabling each entity to develop and operate its own AI use cases within a controlled environment.

Overall, the platform offers a strong balance between ease of use for business users and the enterprise-level management, scalability, and governance capabilities required by an organization like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airia?

One area for improvement is the platform's branding and white-labeling capabilities. As a government IT service provider supporting multiple entities, we would benefit from greater flexibility to customize the platform's look and feel, including logos, colors, and user interfaces, to align with government branding guidelines and each entity's identity. This would help us deliver a more consistent and seamless experience across the government entities we serve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
