What do you like best about Airia?

What I like most about Airia is its focus on enterprise AI governance. It provides the flexibility to manage different AI models, control access and monitor usage, which is particularly important in environments where security and confidentiality are critical.

I also like the ability to build specialised AI agents and integrate them with existing business systems. Airia offers a good balance between innovation, flexibility and the governance needed to adopt AI responsibly across an organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airia?

Some of the more advanced features, particularly around agent configuration and integrations, can take time to understand and implement. There are opportunities to make these processes more intuitive and simplify the overall experience.

What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airia is helping us move beyond traditional AI chatbots and explore more sophisticated business automation. The ability to build multi-tiered agents, connect them through API tools and integrate with existing enterprise systems opens up some exciting possibilities.

We're exploring how specialised agents can work together, access business information and automate complex workflows that would otherwise require multiple systems and manual processes.
