What do you like best about Airia?

Working with Airia has been great. They usually know the answer to our questions immediately, but if they don't, they take an action item to figure it out. They always come back with an answer, unlike some other vendors. They have really good ideas on how to make the model better which is great as we near the start of our VNext version. What do you dislike about Airia?

What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a chat bot that did both customer service and product related questions. We could not find a company that did both in one chat bot, so we selected Airia to build it for us, and it's working great in production.
