I mainly use Airia to build and manage AI assistants for different work tasks. I love how it saves me time on repetitive tasks by automating parts of the workflow, allowing me to get what I need faster without jumping between different tools. The flexibility of Airia is probably what I like most, being able to use it for different workflows without needing separate AI tools for everything. I also appreciate that I can connect it with tools and information we already use, and bring information from different tools into one workflow, which saves a lot of manual searching and app switching. One area I'd improve is the workflow setup. For example, when an integration doesn't work as expected, it's not always obvious what caused the issue or what needs to be changed. Better error messages, easier debugging, and more control over things like workflow conditions and permissions would make it much easier to manage. It would be helpful to have more step-by-step guidance when setting up integrations, especially for the first time. I'd also like clearer logs that show exactly where a workflow failed and why. A simple way to test each step before running the full workflow would make troubleshooting much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
