What do you like best about Airia?

Airia removes a lot of the friction from building and managing AI agents. The drag-and-drop setup makes prototyping quick, and the multi-model routing gives us real flexibility without adding unnecessary complexity. What do you dislike about Airia?

Setting up basic workflows is quick and straightforward, but the learning curve ramps up once you start working with multi-agent logic and more complex fallback routing. The documentation could really benefit from a few additional end-to-end examples—especially for edge cases—so teams can troubleshoot with more confidence instead of having to experiment on their own. What problems is Airia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a clean way to use multiple LLMs without locking ourselves into a single provider or having to rewrite our integration logic every time a new model came out. Airia has served as that central routing and execution layer for us. The biggest upside so far has been the operational flexibility and better cost control: we can route simpler tasks to faster, cheaper models, and save the heavier models for more complex logic.
