Airgentic helps visitors to our website easily find information related to our Council. It’s user-friendly, even for people who are new to AI.
You can follow the basic coding instructions provided by Airgentic to create coded answers, or simply add a link to build responses to questions you want curated in a particular way. With a bit of Googling and some extra time spent learning, you can gradually create more complex coded answers as you go.
The backend also lets you see what areas people are searching for on the website. This not only helps you understand what is or isn’t working on your site, but can also act as a gauge of what the local community commonly needs, prioritises, or where issues may be. It’s often a good predictor of the phone calls we’ll receive after people search the website.
Airgentic is still continually evolving. Added features, such as the Voice feature, help with accessibility by allowing people who may have difficulty typing to verbally input their questions into the AI chat.
The guys at Airgentic are always available to help and respond very quickly and are super friendly, approachable and always strive for the best possible outcome in the shortest possible timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It still feels like a work in progress, but I think it has the potential to be brilliant as more features are added over time. That said, it sometimes pulls up or refers to older information even after it has been removed from the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
