What do you like best about Aircall?

Aircall gives us the office functionality without being in the office. We are able to take calls and transfer calls with ease. Also we are able to use our business number so that when we call our customers they see our local business number on their caller ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

We haven't ran into any issues while using Aircall. So right now there's nothing to dislike. It's a great piece of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Covid-19 we were unable to be at our office. When we got Aircall it allowed us to have our customers call us without having to be in the office. Being able to transfer calls to tech support, sales, and accounting is important to allow us to stay open and keep our customer base happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
