**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Very easy to set up and use. Good for those who work remotely.

Difficulty in obtaining support when there is inconsistency.

Make calls to multiple numbers at the same time.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

The platform is reliable and easy to use. The UI is intuitive and the smartflows make it crystal clear what the calling experieince is like. I also love that I can clone the smartflows from number to number. It makes it super easy to build it out on a test phone number and when it's working right, we can copy it over. Love that feature. It was also easy to migrate to Aircall and they timed it perfectly to minimize downtime. The customer service at Aircall has also been wonderful. They are quick to respond and quick to solve any issues we have had.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I find that while the analytics have come a long way, I do wish the data would load faster or that we could drill down more quickly. SMS analytics are severely lacking compared to calls. I also wish we could trigger automated 1:1 text messages from Hubspot based on user activity or events.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows us to centralize our customer calling channels and track all our communication with the Hubspot integration.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I have been using Aircall for a while now and I must say that I've been very happy with the product. The interface is simply to use for agents and the dashboard is very easy to navigate even as a IT illiterate. 

Set up was very simple with click and drag interfaces and simple english explanations. 

Thankfully I've only had to contact customer support once or twice but when I have the responses have been fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I'm looking forward to the potential to intergrate the text message side of things with our CRM system, it works well at the moment but does not automatically link to our CRM which I would say is the only downside.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The abilility to track and monitor agents is a huge benefit of the aircall system, this has helped us to improve our work rates and results.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

AIrcall Dashboard which gives a holistic view of all your agents and all the influx that you recieve in any particular day. Besides that, they have amazing built reports which gives you the coverage about so many other features such as user history, user status, agent occupancy rate, missed call ratios and SLA etc.

Alos, they have top notch customer support when it comes to reaching out to them for any issues, they tend to help and resolve all your concerns. The tool is super easy to use and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Missed call details, who it rang for, for how long etc. When we have these calls with our agents where we speak about their missed calls they want details about it which is missing.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall is a one stop solution for all your calling needs and that it just makes your life whole lot easier.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Once integrated it picks up all the calls and the insight card shows you who is calling and can add other features such as the weather etc. 
It is used every day and the team have seamless calls.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The integration is not easy. If you use Vincere you need a third party workflow to integrate with the CRM.
The data and reporting could be better to read. It's quite a hassle to see go back to past data to see a specific call at a certain time or date.

Easily integrates with OneUp another data and reporting tool and our CRM so not manually counting our outbound activity.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Not much since it was very buggy and the team had a lot of issues using it

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Pretty much everything from the integration and onward to hubspot - it really messed up the reporting and the analytics in air call were not great either. The app itself is very buggy, calls were just droppng and the app kept freezing and not letting them sign in. We are 100% outbound here and if it's not working then it messes up our top of the funnel. The CSM team there is non existent. We were a few days after the 30 day mark to let them know we wanted to cancel, they sent us with an invoice for the full year saying we didn;t cancel within the 30 day window. Thats when the CSM team reached out. Never a reach out before, no QBRs, nothing. It's not a great service at all.

That helps me be most productive.

- AI Transcriptions save our team time creating call notes
- Scorecards ensure our L&D function can consistently provide accurate and meaningful coaching 
- Call distribution is simple and easy to use
- Great analytics

- Not being to deactivate users and only having a delete option. This just adds some time delays if you need to re-add previous users
- Needs more permission level or custom profile permission option

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall is doing the basics right, the call quality is consistent and out performs our previous two suppliers. The AI features are reducing AHT whilst enabling our teams to focus more on the calls and less on the admin. The summaries are particulary useful as this allows us to quikcly access previous calls and check what needs discussing on the next call.

I am not super tech-savvy, and with all of the things that need to be done as CEO of my company, Seldom do I have long periods to sit down and work them out. Air call is so user-friendly. I can have Team send me the calls to deal with and then i can pass it back to them that it is done. This leaves me more time to work on my business. We use it 7 days a week and love being able to text back after a call as that saves even more time.

We have used it for several years with no downsides. Customer service is great but seldom required, which is even better.

Aircall excels in ease of use and implementation. The setup process was incredibly straightforward - thanks in large part to the intuitive IVR tree, I had the entire system running even before my formal onboarding began. I use it frequently, and the extensive range of features coupled with seamless integration with other tools really streamlines our daily communication.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

While the product is robust in many areas, the customer support leaves room for improvement. When I do need assistance - which is rare - it can be challenging to get in touch with someone promptly. The delays in response sometimes make an otherwise excellent tool feel less responsive when issues arise.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a support team offering email support, we needed to expand to offer phone support and keep things logged so the email team and phone team could be coordinated.

Their onboarding team was very nice to work with and offered training making it a breeze to get started. The product itself is easy to manage and configure, especially with the visual phone tree. It's small but I really like the text to speech option for voicemails and the different voices, making it quick to configure voicemails for each user. It also has a web phone for if the software one is not available.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

My biggest complaint would be the lack of a proper phone directory like a traditional PBX system. This is not major as you can at least dial extensions though even that is a little odd to do.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall is being used to help our sales team reach out and our support team assist our clients. Using Aircall we can even text some of our clients who prefer it. We are on the smaller side but it is helpful for occasionally needing to reach out to another employee.

Aircall has been the easiest system to adapt, integrate and utilise for us. We have been able to transform key areas of our business based on stable service, accurate and easy to navigate analytics and a great partnership approach with their support teams.

The 2hr wait for some reporting verses a live reporting option but this is a very small issue in the grand scheme of things. Reports once received are fantastic

We had previously a challenge with provider uptime and constant minor system outags. Aircall has been stable with very high quality call quality and with the enhancement made to dashboards and data analysis it has helped us to optimise areas of our business that were previously under performing.
