I like the ease of making calls with Aircall and the support it offers with quick solutions. I also appreciate that it is constantly updated. It helps me a lot with call transcription and the ease of interaction with the client, as it has several lines that make it easier to contact clients and prospects. Another thing I enjoy is that all calls are recorded, so if I don't remember something the interlocutor told me, I can listen to the audio and keep the correct information. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, which is something I value greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would recommend that there be a way to filter all calls with audio and that they can be listened to by duration. It would also be useful to have a section where successful calls are mentioned and to be able to detect who hung up the call, the interlocutor or the advisor.
