I like that Airbridge is really affordable, especially for small businesses like ours, as it offers plans based on monthly active users. The UI is intuitive to use once you get the hang of it, and their customer support is really good. I also find the tracking link feature really helpful for setting up links that direct users to the correct platform. Additionally, the trends reporting and actual reporting features allow us to understand channel performance, cohort performance, and compare cost with the return on ad spend. The support from the Airbridge team during setup was great, with thorough documentation and helpful onboarding calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is really good, but I think it could feel a little bit nicer to someone who maybe doesn't understand MMPs as well. So the learning curve could be shortened when using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you for such a detailed review, and for calling out the tracking links and the trends and cohort reporting specifically. Those are the areas we've invested the most in for lean teams that need to tie spend back to ROAS without a dedicated analytics headcount, so it means a lot to hear they're doing that job for you.
Your point about the learning curve is fair, and it's the feedback we hear most often from teams who are newer to MMPs. It's an active priority for our product team. We want the first-run experience to explain the why behind attribution concepts, not just the where in the UI. Until that work lands, our Glossary and Help Center onboarding guides were built for exactly that gap!
Thanks again for trusting Airbridge with your measurement.
