"Intuitive, Centralized Asset Management That Streamlines Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Air?

What I love most about Air is how it has genuinely simplified the way our creative and marketing teams work together.

We manage a significant amount of creative content across our South African and Canadian markets, including campaign banners, promotional materials, CRM assets, social media creatives and affiliate content. Before having everything organised in one place, finding the right files or sharing assets between departments could be unnecessarily time-consuming.

Air has made that process incredibly straightforward. The interface is clean, intuitive and visually organised, which makes a huge difference when you're managing a growing creative library. The search functionality is probably one of my favourite features. Being able to quickly locate an older campaign or a specific creative without digging through countless folders saves us a considerable amount of time.

One unexpected benefit has been how easily colleagues outside the design team have adopted it. Our CRM managers, marketing colleagues and affiliate managers can find and access what they need independently. That has reduced the constant back-and-forth with designers and made collaboration much smoother.

From a business perspective, the value is definitely there. Less time searching for assets, fewer duplicated requests and better organisation across teams all translate into a more efficient workflow.

We've actually reached the point where we're considering upgrading our plan because our asset library has grown so much. I'm also interested in exploring more of Air's advanced AI capabilities and how they could help us manage and adapt creative assets at scale.

For me, Air isn't just another place to store files. It's become a central part of how our teams collaborate, and I would genuinely struggle to imagine going back to managing everything through traditional shared folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

To be completely honest, I haven't really experienced any significant downsides with Air.

We're currently using the free plan, and the amount of value we've received from it has been incredible. It's genuinely impressive how much functionality Air makes available without requiring a paid subscription.

We've recently reached our storage limit, but I don't consider that a negative. We've built up a substantial creative library across multiple markets, and the fact that we've managed to do so much on the free plan is actually a testament to how generous and useful the platform is.

We're now considering upgrading, not because we're unhappy with anything, but because Air has become such an important part of our workflow that it makes sense to invest in it as we grow.

I really don't have any major complaints. It's a fantastic product that delivers exactly what we need, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
