"Air Keeps Our Creative Assets Organized, Shareable, and Easy to Find"
5/5
What do you like best about Air?

What I like best about Air is that it works as one central, visual home for all our creative assets. Our team keeps product photography, packaging renders and videos in organized boards, so I can find the latest approved version quickly instead of digging through folders or old message threads. Sharing is just as easy: I send a link through Air and my teammates can view or download the files straight from the browser, with no large attachments. The notifications that tell me when a shared link has been viewed or downloaded are also useful. The interface is clean and intuitive, so new teammates pick it up with almost no training. What do you dislike about Air?

The main challenge for me has been discoverability in a large library. Our team has several boards for packaging and photography, and I only found our high-resolution new-packaging renders (6-pack angles and pouch renders) after already working with flat front images. Because assets weren't surfaced where I was looking, I lost time and almost used lower-quality files. Clearer folder naming, a "recently approved" or "featured" view, and stronger search filters would help. I'd also like a tighter connection with Figma. Our design files use photos that live in Air, so when we need to update them, someone has to upload the images to Air manually and then re-link them in Figma. A native Figma integration that keeps images in sync would save time and reduce version mistakes. Finally, the email notifications, such as "link has no downloads yet" or "has not been viewed yet," are not very actionable. More control over which notifications I receive, or a weekly digest, would reduce inbox noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
