I find AionHRMS really easy to use, with a simple interface for employees, administrators, and managers. I like the geo-fencing because employees can mark attendance from their mobile devices only when they are close to the office. I also like that I can bring in our existing devices from ESSL, Giki Taco, and Real Time without buying new ones. It has been really easy and great to onboard: we imported employees, set up duty times, and everyone could sign up from the link they received.
