By using S&OP in AIMMS we are able to have more insight in forecasting and its accuracy at longer term. This eventually will result in improving balancing demand and supply including our inventory position. The tool built in AIMMS is used friendly and custom made to our requirements. Building and maintaining the tool is a specialized activity and therefore we outsourced this to Ortec (as a partner of AIMMS.)
