What do you like best about AIM?

AIMsi is a simple interface that we use for point of sale transactions in our music store. It is simple to navigate which, in-part, makes it simple to train new employees on it. This is its most valuable feature to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AIM?

AIMsi's most recent update has had some glitches but otherwise we have always been satisfied overall with its performance. I'm sure the glitches will be worked out with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AIM:

AIMsi is very easy to navigate and keeps everything very organized for our staff. It's a great tool for keeping track of our customer's history and contact information. Perfect for a multi-faceted music store like us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

AIMsi is our point-of-sale software so our usage runs the gambit from selling instruments, accessories, setting up contracts for instrument rentals and signing students up for private lessons.
