What do you like best about AIHR?

AIHR makes my job easier as a manager. My team consistently asks for development opportunities, and this tool delivers them on demand. They can fit the learning into their weekly schedules without it feeling disruptive. The pricing is top-notch as well, and the onboarding support has been top-tier. The learning path our rep helped shape has also supported and enhanced my team’s performance goals. The certificates they acquire build confidence, strengthen knowledge, and earn respect from peers and leaders within our organization. What do you dislike about AIHR?

Like any tool, regular updates to the dashboard are essential. We initially shared the tool between two departments, but at first, I couldn’t filter or isolate my team's data from the other team’s data. This issue has since been resolved. What problems is AIHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool assists my team in enhancing their knowledge, skills, and abilities in real time. The certifications, courses, mini-courses, community, and AIHR Copilot provide valuable insights right at my team's fingertips.
