What do you like best about AIclicks?

I liked how easy it was for us to communicate with the team. They really made it easy for us to understand what we were lacking in our marketing department, and that we were missing a presence in AI. The tool also made it clear where we stand next to our competitors and what gaps we still need to fill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AIclicks?

At first, the dashboard felt a bit difficult to navigate. There are a lot of features, and some were hard to understand, especially which ones we should be using. After a few days of using it, and communicating with the AIclicks team, we started to realize what each feature does and which ones fit our needs. Now it feels super easy to use. What problems is AIclicks solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s solving the AI visibility problem we had before. The new wave of AEO/GEO was really hard for us to get a handle on. We were also being mentioned under the wrong company name in AI. We work in sales and ecommerce, but another company with the same name was showing up in AI instead of us. That made it really difficult to understand how to fix it, until we started using AIclicks.
