Reports are available from within the platform for practically any view or information you can think of. This allows you to provide insights to your business, product teams, dev teams, and stakeholders, including controls to share as much or as little information as you want. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** While I love the functionality in Aha!, one of the challenges with getting started is that they are not necessarily intuitive to new users. So, expect to have a learning curve when beginning to implement Aha! into your workflow. However, the folks at Aha! offer excellent training programs and a very robust knowledge base with articles, video tutorials, and the option for one-on-one assistance with customizing Aha! for your particular use case. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aha! has provided a seamless workflow from the collection of ideas for new or enhanced functionality through to the final release of the completed project. Whenever we got stuck, Aha support provided an answer within 24 hours every time, and often offered to troubleshoot live over a video call. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** My primary concern is that the depth of functionality created a daunting onboarding process. Despite the eagerness of Aha customer success, it still took a long time for me to find bandwidth to learn about the tool and get comfortable with it -- before rolling out to the broader Product org. A smaller nit is that we're trying to replace PowerPoint with Aha Presentations, and the Aha functionality is limited in comparison to the Microsoft product. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roadmap prioritization, and roadmap communication to different audiences. You might be looking for something, but cannot find it. As well, if one date gets messed up on the roadmap, it's not easy to fix it, you have to go into each part seperately to make it all work, and sometimes I never get to that point and my whole chart looks like a mess. For example, I could accidentally change something while in a feature card not realizing I did that. - No way to restrict access to specific things like stack ranking. Facilitates a visual design that blends things into a simple joint effort. Facilitates groups to execute projects, skill features and narratives all inside a single product issue. The internal support we get is mixed with the external support we get from the supplier through a contract. Most of the support we get on a daily basis comes from internal resources. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** Per permit fee is very high for citizens. All jobs that have customization must be executed individually. All implementations of a rail integration method must be created by hand. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as a starting point for the usual practice we have of developing software in an agile way, along with GitHub and Rally. It is shared by the entire institution with varying degrees of complication. It deals with the problems of commercialization of current and upcoming production control, because it is divided among several companies in the company. Aha! is optimal for large groupings that have many different requirements and projects. It is also viable for smaller companies that have many mixed efforts. It is not feasible to generate a unified supply account from several large products that are not clearly distinguishable because it is not capable of displaying the distinctions. ### 15. I've probably submitted 15 tickets in the last few weeks (working on a new implementation) and they always get back to me with answers within a couple of hours during the workday (and sometimes beyond). **What do you dislike about Aha!?** Aha! has a lot of functionality - which is great - but it can be a little overwhelming to get started with. Multiple steps are required to assign a user story from Aha! Roadmaps to Aha! Develop, and then to move a story in Aha! Develop to the Team board for the team to be able to work the story. This causes unnecessary delays in workflow. It has a familiar interface for PM/POs that makes for a short ramp-up time. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** While this seems like a dream tool for PM/PO for collaboration, it has some pitfalls. This the not a magic wand that will transfer concepts between the two groups seamlessly. This tool still requires a lot of time and meetings for both stakeholders to understand what the other side actually diesires and expectations around that work. AHA is just very good at capturing these discussions. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I could do this easier in Jira. Great that you can manage all products and services across an org in one place and roll up top-level / organizational-level views for on roadmaps, goals, reporting, etc. It's effective for our product teams to collaborate cross-functionally and to also integrate with DevOps. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** Not much we don't like about Aha... it's a learning curve and 'new' way of working when you first start but something that can be learned and incorporated just fine as with anything else. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** Product management at a high level - goal setting, feature mapping, and PI planning and then synching with DevOps. ### 27. The UI is very confusing and it takes a lot of tries to find what you are looking for. This really is a software solution designed/implemented/tested by experts in the product management field. On the rare occasion when we are unable to find a construct that performs how we need it to, their concierge service has been extremely responsive and helpful in providing us with the best practice. There haven't been too many things we've thrown at them that they haven't already been through, but if it is a new idea, they are incredibly helpful in providing us with brainstorming sessions until we work out how we want to go forward. **What do you dislike about Aha!?** Enterprise management of lots of products has some room to expand in capabilities. They do a wonderful job at a product level but when you want to report/apply changes to a large number of products/product lines, it is a little more difficult than it needs to be. They are working out many of the kinks, and this area has improved significantly since we started using Aha!, but there are still some areas that could have better bulk management tools. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dependency management was a huge issue between our many different products and as we move to have more solution-based than product-based backlogs, we needed a tool that could visualize these dependencies and their inevitable schedule conflicts. Aha!'s team is full of former product managers who provide excellent solutions and guidelines with a ton of empathy and an arsenal of knowledge. For feature/function: Aha! is a reporting database. You can build any report you can dream of if the data is entered in Aha!. You can even add these reports to a presentation that can be constantly updated to provide accurate data to share with your team, company, or customers. Some use cases for these presentations would be building and socializing data-driven roadmaps for various audiences and custom dashboards/reports to share progress on business initiatives). The ideas portal to collect product feedback is also incredible. It is highly customizable to fit the needs of any company and can send notifications to stakeholders when the status of a submission changes. You can create a custom scoring system to score these ideas to ensure you make roadmap decisions based on data. Aha! is by far my favorite product to use at work. It is an intuitive powerhouse of product data to help you and your team work in lockstep to create great products. I inherited an Aha! account in my first role in product management and saw how quickly it upped our program. After that, I proceeded to procure and implement Aha! at the following three companies I worked for. I cannot endorse this product enough! **What do you dislike about Aha!?** I have very few complaints about Aha!, but when I have feedback on an unclear experience or an idea for a future enhancement, I can go to their portal and submit my feedback directly. It is obvious the Aha! team expertly utilizes their product internally. **What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. The support team from AHA made the magic via a nice workaround happen!! **What do you dislike about Aha!?** We had the challange, that from a development perspective a feature can always be in more than one products and also in more than one releases. So we have a n (Product):n (release) :n (feature) relationship between these 3 items. AHA just supports 1 (product/workspace):n (releases) :n (Features). So we had a quite hard time to find a workaround with an additional custom field "Go-to-Market Release" where we now store the AHA Release. The mock-up feature is great - takes some getting used to for someone that's never done mock-ups before but it's very handy.
