We’ve felt supported throughout, and the communication has been 5*. The platform is intuitive and genuinely easy to use, so I have no concerns about my team being able to jump in, use Agility confidently, and start getting value from it quickly. The AI features are also great and really make light work of things. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** I genuinely haven't been able to find anything that has been difficult about the platform or the process. I feel we've received good value for money. We haven't yet explored how it could integrate with other systems we have across the firm, for example we use Upper Sigma, a Litera - there could be use cases here. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were previously using Cision, although we never really had a great setup because the software felt more “clunky” than Agility, which meant we ended up with a lot of irrelevant coverage. This then caused issues with the NLA, which blindsided us. Agility has been much more relevant to our news monitoring needs, and Louise has been really helpful in explaining the NLA side of things. That clarity, and the way she’s gone above and beyond, has been genuinely appreciated. We use Agility to monitor not only our own coverage, but also topics our lawyers want to stay on top of. This helps our team spot opportunities. In addition, our BD team monitors key accounts so we can be proactive and better support our clients. We haven’t yet got started with social listening—we didn’t have this with Cision—but we’re looking forward to exploring it. ### 2. Unlike previous services, we can also go in and review our own media monitoring topics which is really helpful. The most notable benefit of Agility is the staff, who are incredibly helpful and responsive, and who are always there to improve our experience. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** One small thing which we weren't initially aware of was that you need a more premium package to access some articles, however the platform provides all information needed to find these independently **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agility PR automates the press release process, allowing us to build and retain contact lists which include new connections identified by the platform. Additionally, the AI features and templates allow us to enhance the content of press releases all within the platform. It's easily searchable by sector, location, specialism, and topics, which makes it very easy to find and manage contacts. The ability to create targeted lists and manage them easily is useful, and from these lists, we can control distributions that can be easily personalized to maximize impact. I appreciate the element of AI that assists in finding additional contacts that might be missed. It makes sending the right media campaigns to the right people simple every time. We can quickly filter through contacts to ensure there is no wastage, and things always reach the maximum number of right people. I'm very impressed with the dedicated account management we've received and the tailored 1-2-1 training provided. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** The media reporting function is more basic than some providers. Reports aren’t as easy to customize how we want them. I appreciate with radio reads are difficult to distinguish between earned and paid media though. Our account manager removes these paid mentions when we request but if any software could somehow distinguish between earned and paid, it would be useful. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's enabling us to quickly share broadcast coverage with colleagues - internally this is really helping the PR Team to show the vast amounts of coverage, and thus profile, we're generating, which we hope will go on to secure further investment in our work. ### 5.
