What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

As a monitoring tool is good; the media contacts database is extremely valuable, and the Customer Service and support are world-class.

We have been using Agility for years now and we are pleased with its products. The interface is intuitive and well-explained in the onboarding. Finding information is quick and easy.

The team helping us has tailored the product to our needs, which are quite detailed, and they're on hand 24/7 to support us when needed.

As an overall product, it also comes at a very competitive price compared to its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

The database is slightly skewed towards the Americas, but the team have been helping us redress this by adding and researching media that are relevant to us. Also, a very minor annoyance is that they're based in the Americas, so our set up calls were at slightly unsociable hours :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?
