"Exceeded Expectations: Intuitive Platform, 5-Star Support, and Great AI Features"

What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

The onboarding and account management have exceeded my expectations. We’ve felt supported throughout, and the communication has been 5*. The platform is intuitive and genuinely easy to use, so I have no concerns about my team being able to jump in, use Agility confidently, and start getting value from it quickly. What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

I genuinely haven't been able to find anything that has been difficult about the platform or the process. I feel we've received good value for money. We haven't yet explored how it could integrate with other systems we have across the firm, for example we use Upper Sigma, a Litera - there could be use cases here. What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were previously using Cision, although we never really had a great setup because the software felt more “clunky” than Agility, which meant we ended up with a lot of irrelevant coverage. This then caused issues with the NLA, which blindsided us.

Agility has been much more relevant to our news monitoring needs, and Louise has been really helpful in explaining the NLA side of things. That clarity, and the way she’s gone above and beyond, has been genuinely appreciated.

We use Agility to monitor not only our own coverage, but also topics our lawyers want to stay on top of. This helps our team spot opportunities. In addition, our BD team monitors key accounts so we can be proactive and better support our clients.

We haven’t yet got started with social listening—we didn’t have this with Cision—but we’re looking forward to exploring it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
