What do you like best about Agentryx?

Having client onboarding, delivery boards, and the client portal all connected. A client submits the onboarding form and their workspace is ready - no manual setup across multiple tools. The integrations are genuinely seamless - Meta and Google connect once at agency level and just work across every client, which sounds simple but saves a huge amount of time. The AI Onboarding Kit generates eight client documents in under a minute, trained on how we actually write. From a pricing standpoint it replaced ClickUp, Notion, Frame.io, and Looker in one bill - the ROI was obvious within the first two weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentryx?

The mobile experience still has some catching up to do compared to desktop. Everything works, but it's not as polished. Minor thing given most of the work happens on a laptop anyway Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentryx solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were running ClickUp, Slack, Notion, and Frame.io alongside manual spreadsheets for ad reporting. The main problem was context switching - every client touchpoint lived in a different tool and things constantly fell through the gaps between them.

Agentryx replaced all of it. The biggest measurable benefit is onboarding time - getting a new client set up used to take most of a day across multiple tools. Now it takes under an hour. The AI Onboarding Kit alone saves us several hours per client in the first week.
