Agentplace lets us build AI agents that serve our clients’ customers. They answer questions, book appointments, handle customer service, and deliver services online, and we don’t need a custom development project for any of it.
What works for us as an agency is that every agent is built around the client’s own business. We describe the process in plain language, define what the agent should say and when it hands the conversation to a human, and publish it on its own shareable page. We then link that page from the client’s site, newsletter, or social bio. Clients see an assistant that sounds like their team, not a generic website chatbot. An agent is only as good as the information behind it. Services, prices, and availability change, so keeping an agent current has to be part of client onboarding. I’d also like more ready-made integrations with the CRMs and booking tools our clients already use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
