What I like most about Agentforce Revenue Management is its ability to bring the entire quote-to-cash process and the broader revenue lifecycle onto a single, unified Salesforce platform. The flexibility to manage complex product catalogs, pricing, configuration, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue workflows—while also leveraging automation and AI—makes it far more capable than a traditional CPQ-only approach.
I especially appreciate its extensibility and how well it supports sophisticated enterprise revenue models while still maintaining a consistent data model and seamless integration across the wider Salesforce ecosystem. The addition of Agentforce also creates a strong opportunity to automate revenue operations further and provide intelligent assistance throughout the entire lifecycle. The biggest challenge I see with Agentforce Revenue Management is the complexity involved in understanding, designing, and implementing the platform for sophisticated revenue models. The breadth of capabilities is powerful, but it also creates a relatively steep learning curve, particularly for teams transitioning from traditional CPQ solutions.
I would also like to see continued improvements in configuration simplicity, documentation, implementation tooling, and overall product maturity. For complex enterprise implementations, reducing the amount of custom development and making the end-to-end quote-to-cash architecture easier to understand and maintain would significantly improve adoption and time to value.
