What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?

The donation management process can be confusing at times because some items are relabeled from the standard Salesforce objects. That said, after using it repeatedly, it does get easier to navigate. Setting up person accounts can be tricky as well, so it’s important to make sure you choose and configure the right data model from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me stay in contact with the individuals and organizations that donate the most, and it also helps facilitate and manage the donation process.
