Journey Builder's flow capability is what keeps me coming back — the decision splits, wait activities, and ability to branch based on real engagement data let us build genuinely dynamic lifecycle communications instead of one-off blasts. Once the underlying data extensions are set up correctly, it handles complex, multi-path logic reliably at scale.
The other standout for me is the two-way agent capability for email — having agents that can actually parse and respond to inbound replies (not just send outbound) closes a gap that's existed in this platform for a long time. It cuts down on manual triage and lets us build more conversational, responsive customer journeys instead of strictly one-directional sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
