My favorite tool in all of salesforce is Journey Builder.
Overall what I like best is how much flexibility it gives us to build targeted, automated communications around actual behavior and business processes. Once we got the data and audience setup right,we're able to create some pretty sophisticated journeys without everything needing to be a custom development project.
I also like how closely it can work with Salesforce data. For us, that connection is a big part of the value because we can use information already living in Salesforce to drive communications instead of managing everything in separate systems.
It has a learning curve, but once you understand how the pieces fit together, it is a very powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A lot of things feel more complicated than they probably need to be, especially when you are first learning how Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Salesforce data all work together.
It is very powerful, but it was daunting at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
