What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

I really appreciate the reports that can be set up to be generated on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. It is so much easier to get a report in the Inbox instead of having to sign into the platform and pull it manually each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

The only complaint I have, which is a small one, is that using the "back" button can disable the platform. You must always click into what you needed to get back, versus using the back button. This is a small complaint, but worth mentioning as using the back button is a common thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding a fast and effective way to set up automations was important to the business, and on top of being fast it also needed to be accurate. The automated reporting allows the team to see quickly on a daily basis the counts of each journey/automation, allowing us to immediately flag if there is a drop it counts which could mean a potential issue. The combination of setting up journeys/automations easily and also having the daily report to keep tabs on them is a game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
