"Useful when dispatch and field work need the same job record"
4/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

The helpful part is that a work order, the appointment, and the technician’s update can stay on one job. Dispatch can see who is assigned, and the field team can close the work from a mobile screen instead of calling the office after every visit. For our team, this reduced “did they finish?” checks at the end of the day. After we aligned on work types and required fields, the schedule board became more usable than a shared spreadsheet plus phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

Scheduling rules look neat until a same-day change happens. Skills, travel time, and parts availability need clean data, or the suggested slot is not practical. The mobile screen also has to stay short. If we ask technicians for too many fields, they finish the job first and type later. That delay comes back as missing notes. The new name does not remove dispatcher work. Someone still has to watch exceptions every morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
